Primrose Gambrills has been home to our son for 2 years. We have had a wonderful experience with the program and the teachers in Pre-K and also Kindergarten. We are grateful for all of the experiences and knowledge that our son has gained. I highly recommend the school for your children.
Leslie DApr 8, 2026I love the school, and my son loves it too. The only issue I have is that when I bring my daughter in the morning, the teachers in her class are not very live and welcoming. They are always sitting down. I'm the one telling my daughter to find a place to sit. I would love to see them happy to see the kids come to school if that's why they are there. Other than that, I don't have any comment. Not forgetting this is P 1 class
Rasta VascoOct 7, 2024As a military family, our experience at Primrose has been amazing! The staff welcomed us warmly and took the time to understand our son's needs, ensuring he felt comfortable and included. Communication from the school has always been consistent with regular updates and genuine care for his well-being. The welcoming atmosphere and curriculum has sparked a love for learning within our son. We are incredibly grateful for the support and dedication of the teachers and leadership, and we will always cherish the time our son was enrolled at Primrose. Thank you for everything you do!
Sabryna ShingaraAug 23, 2024We love Primrose and so do both of our children who currently attend! Our kids have had some pretty special teachers along the way that I really believe have made a lasting impact. The leadership (especially Cynthia, the executive school director) is top notch.
Bethany BrazitisJul 25, 2024Our previous daycare was shutdown by the state and we were scrambling to find a new one. We switched to Primrose and wish we had sooner. Our son is so happy here. He had the option to switch daycares after a few weeks to be with his brother and sister (they're currently on the waitlist), but decided he wanted to stay at Primrose. He is thriving with their structured program and is trying new food since meals are provided. As working parents, we love the fact that they provide healthy meals and we don't have to worry about packing anything (not even bedding). It is hard to trust someone else to take care of your kids, but we know ours are in good hands here.
Holly MarfaniJul 25, 2024I cannot speak highly enough about the Primrose Gambrills staff, facility, and culture. I have two boys currently in Primrose and they both love to go to school, see their friends and teachers, and learn. Prior to attending Primrose Gambrills, my little ones were in three different daycares in the Crofton Maryland area. So when I say that Primrose Gambrills is exceptional, you can trust my analysis. What makes Primrose special is the staff, who have decades of childcare experience. You can tell they love being there. What especially impresses me is the small things Primrose does, like taking a minute to handwrite a thank you note to your child when they did something helpful (like helping to clean up toys). Couldn't be happier to send my children here, thanks

Questions parents ask about Primrose School of Gambrills
Is Primrose School of Gambrills a licensed child care provider in Maryland?
- Yes. Primrose School of Gambrills holds Maryland licence 1746215378912x520983653027880800, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Anne Arundel County. The licence is recorded as Continuing - Full, running to July 31, 2028. Confirm current standing with the Office of Child Care before enrolling.
How many children is Primrose School of Gambrills licensed for?
- Maryland's record lists 18 infant places and 29 school-age places for Primrose School of Gambrills. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.
Does this page show inspection results for Primrose School of Gambrills?
- No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Primrose School of Gambrills's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
