Marlena ArtisSep 3, 2025We had a disappointing experience with this center. Our child was injured multiple times and the staff failed to provide clear explanations or show proper concern. Communication was poor and we didn’t feel that the environment was safe or well-supervised. I would not recommend it. The staff lacks the knowledge needed to work with a wide variety of children. There is a high turnover rate among staff, many of whom do not know how to manage a classroom. I peeked into the room numerous times, unbeknownst to the teachers and observed them standing around, on their phones and not engaging with the students.
MasonAug 27, 2025We had such a wonderful experience with Sprouts Spot Daycare this summer! Our two kids attended, and they absolutely loved their time there. From the very beginning, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, simple, and efficient, which gave us great peace of mind as busy parents. The teachers were truly amazing, warm, caring, and incredibly dedicated to the kids. A special shout-out to Ms. Saira, who went above and beyond. She took extra time to support our children in their learning and educational activities, and we noticed such positive growth in their confidence and curiosity. We believe that Sprouts Spot is not just a daycare, it’s a nurturing environment where kids feel safe, engaged, and excited to learn.
