We loved the school so much we enrolled our youngest child as well. Our children’s teachers have been amazing! Our daughter’s first teacher was Ms. Ashley who instilled independence and really emphasized the Montessori standard at an early age preparing her for the 3s Program. Now that she is with Ms. Carmen and Ms.Ruby, she is well on her way to run the world by learning her numbers (up to100), using words like impenetrable and being a good person. Our son, who is just 20 months is with Ms. T and Ms. Melanie the love, dedication and care that they pour into him is immeasurable. He communicates incredibly well…did I mention that talking?! It’s nonstop but welcomed. With his teachers and us as his parents, we are confident that he will be succeed at Baltimore Montessori. Ms. Aliciana’s leadership has established a culture where you can feel the lightness of the school and the care she has not just for the students but the staff as well. Our littles run to her to give hugs and morning snuggles.
Ashley TurnierJan 6, 2026Both of my kids attended the Baltimore Montessori School in LP. We had tried other daycare providers in the area but felt that Baltimore Montessori provided a more warm environment to transition from a nanny to school. My daughter started when she was 3 years old and we had such a wonderful experience that we started my son when he was 2 years old. My daughter had Ms. Caryn and Ms. Emily. Both teachers were supportive of the Montessori core principles of self-directed learning, practical life skills, and a love for discovery. This direction helped build my daughter's confidence in learning new things so much that she has now advanced into a gifted learning program in kindergarten. My son is currently in the lower program and his language skills have exploded since he started. Ms. T and Ms. Melanie provide a loving environment that helped him transition into the classroom. I would highly recommend the Baltimore Montessori School for anyone that wants their kids to develop a love of learning and introduce practical life skills that help develop confidence.
