Very unprofessional staff. They use you for a deposit & then send your kid home for every thing they make up their rules as they go. They are super rude & disrespectful i would not send my kid there!
kiley marieJun 1, 2026Love this daycare! Our daughter has gone here since she was 6 months old and they have been amazing. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The owner Michelle does an amazing job making this daycare a joy for our daughter and the other kids! We are always kept updated and appreciate the love the staff have shown our daughter.
Bryan MenendezJan 13, 2026Our daughter has been at Cradle Inn for over a year, since she was about 6 months old, and we absolutely love this daycare. She knows all the staff members, including the owner Michelle who is super involved with the kids. She is also clearly adored by the staff and is excited to go to daycare each morning. She definitely gets sent home a bunch for being sick—but that’s just what happens with any daycare. Little kids are germ machines and every time she’s been sent home it seems appropriate. I appreciate that they don’t let sick kids come into the daycare to reduce the spread as much as possible. This place is also very fairly priced and open amazing hours. There are so many places that close at 4:30 or 5:00–how is that supposed to work with a 9-5 job? Cradle Inn is actually designed to support working parents in a meaningful way. There is nothing that could make me happier with a daycare than how happy my daughter is and we are lucky to have a place like this as part of our village 🥰
Jiana MenendezAug 10, 2025We have had a really positive experience with Cradle Inn. Both of my kiddos enjoy going each day and have excellent relationships with their teachers. Often when something fun happens on the weekend my preschooler can't wait to tell his teachers about it on Monday. The staff are all welcoming, kind, and have so much love for the kiddos in their care. Michelle is understanding and accommodating of the needs of working parents and is on top of it with communication. The schedule comes out well in advance and they have fewer closures than some of the other daycares in the area, so I feel like we are really getting our money's worth. On the rare occasion there has been an issue, she has addressed it quickly and professionally. As with all daycares, there has been some turnover, but Michelle has always managed to stay open and find good replacement staff quickly. A couple small perks that I love about Cradle Inn after having experiences with other daycares: they provide all of the food, so we don't have to worry about packing lunches each day; the teachers have their primary classrooms, but all spend time in other classes as well, so transitioning between rooms is not nearly as stressful and there is always coverage when a teacher is out sick; they spend a lot of time outside, especially the preschoolers; the staff really do know each kid individually and are willing to work with us on whatever normal developmental challenges that come up--they have helped us through minor challenges with feeding, napping, potty training, etc--and don't try to force our kids into a mold that doesn't fit just to make their job easier.
Mahala JordanJun 27, 2025Cradle Inn has been amazing for our family! The staff truly feels like a second family—so caring and attentive. The play-based learning, included meals, and fun arts and crafts make every day exciting for our child. The director is always quick to respond and does a great job accommodating each child’s individual needs. We also love the app they use for updates, messages, and photos throughout the day. Highly recommend this warm, supportive, and engaging daycare!
Heidi ArgenbrightJun 25, 2025Just wanted to start by saying to take reviews older than a year from this post with a grain of salt. Michelle has recently taken over ownership of Cradle Inn Daycare and I have nothing but good things to say about her, the daycare itself, and the staff. My wife is an elementary school teacher and even with her high standards she's been thrilled. We've taken our infant daughter to Cradle Inn since she was about 4 months old. The staff there is wonderful and it's clear they both care and love the work they do. Everything is explained great, no surprises, and they are more than willing to accommodate reasonable requests. And any issues they brought up to us were totally legitimate concerns. When we started, they just began using the Procare app - which is awesome. You get live updates on feedings, naps, occasional pictures, and can answer quick questions via messaging. Really helpful for some peace of mind throughout the day. And more importantly, it feels like my baby likes it there, and my baby is liked. She smiles at the staff she recognizes when I drop her off. The staff gush about cute stories and compliment her outfits. We haven't had any issues with them and I truly cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!
