Jenna MarcotteJun 24, 2024It makes me highly concerned to drive by a daycare and see kids out side WITH A TEACHER and they are three boys running around whaling on eachother. While she is standing right there just looking at them and smiling…. Just seeing that alone I would never send my children there people!!! I wouldn’t even put that one start if it didn’t make me for the post!! Just Ana to warn people.
Krystle MacMasterApr 7, 2023I do not recommend this child care facility. I expect honestly, transparency and communication from my childcare provider and I received the opposite of that here. There were many instances with the owner where I have had questions or expressed concerns where I was completely ignored and dismissed. For one week the owner scheduled times to meet with me on an important issue and completely blew my off, with no follow up. The owner avoided communication/transparency, and falsely accused me of things that were 100% not true. I asked the owner to give me specific examples of her accusations as they were completely made up and her response was "I am not open for discussion" and "I do not wish to communicate with you regarding Kids Kove any longer" She was completely unreasonable and unwilling to communicate and discuss. Something important to note is the owner stated to me via email “ I have seen first hand the way in which you use social media as a platform to air dirty laundry”. This is 100% false as I’m dedicated to never engaging in such behavior. As stated before she refused to explain her accusation. Instead, she shamed me. I sent an email informing her we would be not returning due to her actions and then she tried to "fire me" after I had already said I was leaving due to above mentioned reasons. She completely gaslit me, made false accusations and took zero accountability for her actions. I tried to post a review very short review which much less detail on FB, but after posting, the reviews were conveniently turned off within 10 minutes. That alone is evidence to me that the owner does NOT value transparency. Prior to Kids Kove buying the Little Lambs in August , we have had a WONDERFUL experience with the staff/teachers for the past 6 years.
