Pearlite Montessori Home

This is truly the best daycare we could imagine. The entire team is so loving and kind with our toddler, and he has developed in leaps and bounds since he first enrolled last year. We were nervous about the transition from home to daycare but the Director and staff gave thoughtful and individual attention to meet his needs. Now, dropping him off at school feels like we’re leaving him with family. The space is lovely and well cared for, with plenty of natural light inside and access to two different playgrounds. Communication is excellent. Can’t recommend this school enough! The second location in North Deering is also a gem.

Nilo, Ceyhan, and the Pearlite team supported us through an emotional (for child and parents) transition to care outside the home. They were unwaveringly patient and compassionate, and our daughter's progress was visible week after week. These days, she is giggling with excitement as we pull into the driveway for drop-off, and is always in high spirits at pickup. Before enrolling, we spoke to several Pearlite parents who spoke highly of the place, and now we understand why. All the staff there have a kind of magic with children, and we are so grateful to have found them. Highly recommend!!!

We love the staff the staff and environment at Pearlite. Nilo and the rest of our team care deeply about the children in their care. Our daughter has loved her time there, and we would strongly recommend Pearlite.

I could not find a negative thing to say about this place..truly. The owners, to start, are the most caring, kind, thoughtful, and hard-working people I have met. Their love and passion for childcare is evident in the way that they hire and run their business. Nilo truly goes above and beyond to make sure every child feels welcomed and loved as if they are her own. She has great communication with the parents and her procedures and policies are well thought out and appreciated- from the way she handles sick policies to the way hygiene and cleaning are handled in the school. The school itself is clean, tidy, and well thought out and feels like a clean and tidy home with their different room. It’s clear they put a lot of work into rejuvenating the place. We adore the infant room staff but not nearly as much as they adore and love on my child! My child goes in with a smiling face everyday and adores each of the staff like they are family. I am sooo grateful we came across this place and that Nilo and Ceyhan are in our lives!
