  • I love the gym here. Almost always empty, plenty of machines, clean bathrooms, ext. but the barcode scanner to enter after hours never works for me… I end up just waiting for someone to open the door for me.

  • Run, bike, or orbitrek while looking at the Rockland Harbor! So serene. Always clean and safe. Not as big as some other gyms, but rarely have to wait for machines. I've never attended any of the classes, but there seems to be a good variety of them, and people always seem to enjoy them. The front desk staff is very helpful.

  • I love that I can work out at any time of the day and night. The facility isn't large, but it has all the essential cardio and weight training machines, as well as free weights, stability balls, kettlebells, etc... The view of the harbor is stunning and the gym is clean and well maintained.

  • Great gym with a good mix of machines and free weights. There’s a great view of the harbor and the staff work hard at keeping it clean. There’s qualified trainer services there to help you along your fitness journey. Really enjoy working out here
