  • We feel really grateful to have found RNA at Gorham West for our daughter. She started just before she turned 2 and has been through the toddler and now the preschool classroom. Every day we get photos and notes about what the kids are doing, and love to see her laughing, playing with friends, learning through many activities, and making lots of art. There's nothing better than when our kid casually uses a new skill at home that we had no clue she could do, because she picked it up at school. I feel that all of her teachers have really seen and genuinely cared for our kid. Even though she can be a bit reserved and fairly well-behaved -- the sort of kid who might fly under the radar in some settings -- they know her personality, notice when she's a bit "off", help her when she has a hard time, and keep us informed so we can address any concerns quickly and consistently between home and school. The toddler & preschool head teachers, Ms. Krystina and Ms. Alicia, have also been a great resource for us as new parents. They have given us articles/guidance/support on toddler phases, consequences, potty training, nap schedules, fostering independence/confidence, and more. Of course, we also find the center is as well-run as you would hope. The facility always feels clean and bright, indoor classroom spaces and options are regularly updated, there is ample outdoor playground space, and the toys and activities are clearly based on supporting age-appropriate development. Communication with teachers and Director Hayley is always prompt and clear whether through in person, email, or the app, and parents are kept well-informed with center announcements and administration. Perhaps the best review: when we go for pickup every day our daughter never wants to leave... at least not before she's offered a hug to every classmate, both current teachers, AND both previous teachers.

  • We’ve loved our experience here, for both of our kids. From the very beginning with my daughter, who’s slow to warm to new people, Ms Krystina helped her feel at home (“I like how she hugs me, and I like playing with Ms Carol!”). Since she moved to the preschool class, we’ve been so happy with Ms Alicia and Ms Maddie. They really bring out her joy in learning and playing, and she’s become more independent and confident too. I asked her what she likes and she says, “Ms Alicia has a song for everything!” My son is newer to daycare and loves to snuggle, and I appreciate how caring and patient Ms Ashley and Ms Ashleigh have been with him. He’s always cozy on someone’s lap when I come to pick him up. And Ms Haley, the director, is a great communicator and really caring childcare provider as well. She gets how hard it is to have someone else take care of your kids, and I always appreciate her patience, understanding, and positivity. I’d recommend this daycare to anyone!

  • We’ve had an incredible experience with Roselyn North, and we couldn’t be happier. Our daughter started here when she was just 4 months old, and now at 19 months, she still absolutely loves going every day. There are several things that really stand out to us: • From the very first interaction, Director Haley has been exceptional. Her commitment to the safety and well-being of the children is evident in everything she does. • The teachers are truly wonderful. They’re not just professional—they’re warm, caring, and have built such a strong connection with our daughter. She genuinely looks forward to seeing them each morning. We’ve never had a single concern or complaint. It’s been an amazing experience, and we’re so grateful for the care and attention our daughter receives

  • We love RNA Gorham West! We found ourselves in desperate need of childcare for our 1 and 3 year old during the summer and Hayley, the Director and the whole team at RNA quickly made room for us and welcomed our two boys in. We loved that so many of the staff have their own kids at Roselyn, as it really gives it a small family feel. We also really like the diversity of curriculum and the updates and photos we'd get throughout the day. In the Yearlings room, every day my son was doing something cute and crafty, all the things I see on IG and wish I had time to do. We toured a lot of childcare centers and the transition from having a nanny home with our kids to having them at Roselyn was super smooth. It felt like the same level of love and care that our kiddos got at home with a nanny. I appreciated all the fun events the center coordinates as well. Staffing in childcare centers can be challenging and while there was a lot of shifting of staff in and out during our time at RNA, no one skipped a beat in terms of the the level of care and communication we received. It truly felt like our kiddos were known and loved at Roselyn. We moved on from Roselyn, because our 3 year old started preschool and we moved the toddler to be closer to his preschool, but we were very sad to leave and miss everyone at RNA. Thank you especially to Miss. Hayley, Miss. Karli and Miss. Ashley!

  • Our family has been extremely happy with RNA of Gorham West. To start, the staff is great. They have been welcoming since our child's first day over a year ago. They are knowledgeable and truly care for and love the kids there. I know that when my child is dropped off, she is going to have a great day both learning and playing. It can be hard to find a daycare that you can trust with your child but I know when I drop my child off, she is in wonderful hands with the teachers here. They have recently implemented and application to provide notifications of what the children are up to during the day. I've found this is a great way to stay connected to the staff and keeps me informed about my child's day. The center also is wonderful at communication. They sent out schedules well in advance so you can plan around days they may be closed for staff training/certifications, holidays or pajama Fridays. Lastly, the center is extremely clean and well taken care of. You can clearly tell they take pride in the safety and health of both kids and teachers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RNA of West Gorham to anyone looking for a daycare they can absolutely trust and their child will enjoy!
