Stepping Stones Learning Center

A truly safe, happy, and wonderful place for children! I don't usually write reviews, but I feel it is incredibly important to share the amazing experience our family has had with Stepping Stones. Both of our sons attended this daycare, our oldest started first, and our youngest joined two years later. Both times, we had nothing short of a wonderful experience. The teachers are fantastic, the playground is great, and the entire environment is warm, friendly, and deeply educational. There is sometimes a waiting list to get in, but let me tell you, it is absolutely worth the wait! You will get total peace of mind knowing that your children are safe, happy, learning, and having fun every single day. We cannot recommend Stepping Stones enough!

Not a good place, dirty rooms, lack of communication with teachers and disorganized owner. My child was really unhappy there and lost weight

Housed in the former Tidewater School building, Stepping Stones Learning Center offers full Day child care and enrichment to the tiny kids of Southern York County. Leaps & Bounds Learning Center is their sister facility over on Route 103 near the 236 junction. *updated Good hours for working parents. Many Eliot and some Kittery families come. My daughter was in the preschool age room last summer. The prices were comparable to area centers. My daughter loved Kids Zumba and the outdoor playground. The staff is warm and the directors always willing to communicate. Facebook group always had great photos of activities from the week. They also planted a vegetable garden that I made many zucchini-heavy dinners from! 10 months later, Amelia keeps talking about marrying a classmate named Colby. I, for the life of me, have no idea who this dear friend/fiancé was. We were only there during the summer. So she certainly made the most of those 10 weeks at Stepping Stones!
