ABC Kids Daycare

Abc daycare has been a great experience for my son. The people there are amazing. They do the extra things that matter when caring for a child. I receive updates constantly, they communicate well, they do activities, and send pictures. My son comes home with arts and crafts that they made there that he's super proud of......etc. My son is the most precious important thing in my entire life as I'm sure is the case for you if you are taking the time to read these reviews. I trust them wholeheartedly and would recommend them to anybody that's looking for a Hands-On daycare that really cares about your child 's feelings and development. There's just not enough good things I could say about this daycare and the people that operate it.

I brought my 15m old daughter here and we only made it for three days. I understand their transition period in the contract; however, two weeks is not a lot of time when you realize the gravity of how hard daycare is to adjust to for the littles. It’s also even harder when your child never makes it through a day before you have to go get them because they are crying. I had some alarm bells going off after my experience today, and I looked up reviews. I saw the owner had made posts bashing some negative reviews (which were made from parents who had the same issues with new babes struggling to adjust and being sent home) as well as some not great public posts stating concerning personal information. It seems my experience is common place for people. If your child is well adjusted to daycare, this might be a fine option, but if daycare is new I recommend finding someone with more experience and patience. I wish I had known these things prior to going in, and I learned a lesson for the future to do a better of a job researching reviews and experiences. My biggest red flag was reading that they refused to let parents to stay or enter the facility to help their children during their adjustment. I truly don’t care what the reasoning is. If a parent wants to come in and watch while you care for their child and you respond with anything other than yes, immediate no for me. I don’t think either employee is very comforting in nature and I can understand why so many kids seemed to fail the adjustment period here. There are other options for the same price out there with better reviews and openings. I think more experience and education in childhood development and attachment would help. I’ll edit to respond to this response I knew was coming also why I had to block you before this post to minimize the drama you like to post all over your Facebook. You should consider scrubbing your public posts too, bad look. - I don’t work at a daycare because I cannot handle the crying of other children that do not belong to me, correct.…a consideration you might want to make seeing you struggle with it as well. - I was thankful for your efforts until I realized my experience is your common place and that I wasn’t an outsider having a rough experience; rather, what’s happening with my child is entirely normal, and you simply don’t have the experience to be managing it nor giving me advice on it. - I stepped into the door not into the play area, and you’d be hard pressed to tell me no should that have been what I wanted to do to explore my child’s care (and I should have likely done this to be entirely honest). -You do not take feedback well, and that’s probably why you don’t have a business page on Facebook. But after a little bit of research (that as a parent I should have done earlier) I realized your reputation isn’t that great and you’d be smart to listen to feedback before you run out of business.

Heather is excellent with the kiddos! She goes out of her way to make sure they have a great, fun and safe time. If I could rate this daycare more than 5 stars I would!

I sent my daughter here and I definitely would recommend this daycare for your child! Heather is patience with the children, and keeps her daycare clean! There’s activities everyday to keep your child entertained and a routine schedule for them to be on

Heather is amazing. Her space, structure, and atmosphere are perfect for kiddos of any age. She has meals, learning time, activities, crafts, an indoor jungle gym, a huge yard with plenty of things for the kids to run around and play with, etc. I definitely feel relieved knowing my kids are in safe hands when I drop them off every day.
