  • I give this place absolutely zero stars I feel bad because I absolutely loved the staff that worked with my son Ms. Luma and Ms. Alicia especially but the people who run this place have absolutely no consideration for the parents at all. They tried to charge me $95 for a late fee because my card was locked and I reached out to them immediately by phone and email to get it resolved and didn’t get a response for 24 hours later. I tried to explain I could not afford that late fee and I tried to resolve the issue quickly. I even offered a payment arrangement. These people are so money hungry it’s insane I had a conversation with one of the staff to try to come up with an arrangment which I agreed to but because she wanted me to speak with Ms Korrin and I declined because I do not at all like her attitude which I seen several reviews about she is not at all a friendly person and I did not want to speak with her. So because of that they disenrolled my child and said forget the fees, which couldve been done from the beginning. Absolutely ridiculous policies this place has. They sent my child home before because he did not have a snow suit that was being delivered the following day not to mention it was 50 degrees outside and it was not being used that day. The people that run this place and the policies that they have are insane and they work with nobody. If you place your child here be aware of their policies because they will not work with you at all and they do not care at all. It’s sad because the actual staff that works with the children are awesome but Angie and Korrin are rude and should not run a business at all.

  • Prior to reading the reviews, it is crucial to comprehend that many of the positive reviews are likely written to secure a complimentary gift. This institution prioritizes profit over the welfare of its students, effectively functioning as a profit-driven entity. Consequently, I strongly advise against enrolling in this institution.

  • HORRIBLE! I’ve had issues immediately when my kid started coming to this school. They are just a MONEY GRAB! I signed my daughter up for extended care. you pay a deposit in the beginning that’s suppose to cover your last week tuition of the program and when I asked ok so basically as long as the last week is paid I get it back? Originally, they told me no. I said how is it a deposit if I don’t receive it back if unused and the last week is paid for? They couldn’t come up with a response, so I refused to pay deposit until they could confirm it would be returned which they did. So fast forward I was in an head on collision this past Feb/2026. So I am currently disabled due to the accident which I have let the day care know. I sustained injuries and I am currently scheduled for weekly consistent appointments for my recovery. Considering all this I pulled my child out of extended care because I no longer needed. Sent them an email way in advanced on MARCH 13th that March 31st would be her last day and how I expect a full refund of my deposit. I got NO REPLY. I gave them at least two weeks before I even mentioned my deposit because of course they had no intentions on returning it, and you’re suppose to get that deposit back because clearly I ended the extended care before the end of the school year. After weeks of asking for my deposit there was always an excuse as to why they didn’t have it literally. Now after I picked my daughter up 30 mins late on Friday 4/25 because dad dropped her off and forgot it was a half day because I was once again at an appointment. They’re trying to keep my whole deposit and still say I OWE THEM MONEY 😂😂 they have got to be delusional to think it’s ok to treat people like this. So they just waited for their opportunity to keep the deposit either way they never had intentions on giving it to me! And KORRIN she’s the worst she hides behind a computer screen and keyboard. You can never get her on the phone or in person, only email and she does that on purpose. Very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to properly communicate/relate with parents. Jennifer she’s a weirdo tried to get smart with me one day and I’m sure she realized I was not going to tolerate her rudeness and attitude! So she tries to ACT nice but she comes RIGHT next to Korrin after being the worst human being Ive ever encountered. Terri isn’t any better either. They try and ACT Kind but there’s def something sadistic about this place and these people that work there they really don’t care about your kids I mean AT ALL. In the beginning I told them my daughter is vegetarian and she doesn’t drink cows milk. Instead of listening to a parent who’s been obviously doing this for years they demand a doctors note as to why your kid can’t consume those things the government tries to force on your kids. You can’t even say no because that’s your lifestyle. Also, I was willing to pack her a lunch every day and that wasn’t allowed either. Then I’d like to mention I was put through the same thing another parent was about the winter gear they have to keep at the school. I worked a 2 week live in case at the time it was due so I only had a 2 hour window to drop my kid off in the morning, when I did they turned my kid away because I didn’t have everything at once even though I said it could be brought at pick up and the kids weren’t even going to wear it THAT day. I really feel like when they make mistakes or when they’re wrong it’s ok but god forbid a single parent with more than one kid who works multiple jobs make a mistake they will penalize you and then some! They do not do what they do for kids! They do this as a job and a paycheck and IT SHOWS. They prob wouldn’t even be in business if they didn’t do the free government assisted preschool because their policies are ridiculous and the rates aren’t worth it!! Want a day care that cares for kids take them to SUCCESSFUL GEMS AROUND THE CORNER. Both my kids attended successful Gems and I should’ve just left my daughter there. Mrs. Tamika the director is amazing and she has a heart of GOLD! 💛

  • Academy 4 Little Angels has been a great choice for our family. The teachers are professional and loving, and they create a fun learning environment for the kids. Communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel informed about my child’s progress. I’m very happy with the care and education my child is receiving.

  • Absolutely amazing center. The teachers and front of staff are all so friendly and kind and the owner keeps the center always so well maintained and cleaned. My kids had an absolute blast here during the summer program. The teachers are so great that my two boys still talk and ask about them. This is truly an amazing place.
