  • I cannot say enough about this center. The combination of decades of experience of the lead teachers in each room and their accompanying educational credentials/degrees really shows. The director and owner are also outstanding and incredibly supportive. My son was at AC for nearly two years and was at two centers before and is at another now and they simply do not compare. Adventure Center is truly the BEST in the business. Amazing teachers, leadership and families. 5 stars--HIGHLY recommend.

  • My daughter attended Adventure Center 3 years ago and I loved it! I would have givwn them 5 stars. When my son became preschool age my 1st thought was here. Things have changed! We toured the school almost 3 weeks ago. My son made a friend within minutes and loved the place. I tried to bring in their paperwork 2x. Called multiple times. Now that a contract was supposed to have been done a week ago, I'm told they are full, plus my son needed extra staff bc he has never been to school before, like most 3 1/2 year olds! So now I have to explain to my very sensitive, sweet son that he cannot go to his sister's old school. I take incredible offense to the way my son was talked about, especially since the director spent 10 minutes with him. Lastly, they claim I have an unpaid balance from 3 years ago for a month my daughter didn't even attend their school, laughable! You lost my business with this child and my youngest child that I planned on enrolling in 6 months. Thank you for ruining my son's excitement!

  • i went there as a child and my aunt and uncle use to clean their building i love this daycare they actually accommodate your children to the best of their abilities. i remember being a three year old little girl with teachers who would stop what they were doing just to make sure i was comfortable. and here soon my son will be attending their daycare. Patty is amaze balls shes been there for years and i hope she plans to stay as well as the others. keep up the good work guys....

  • I can’t say enough good things about Adventure Center. It is a wonderful place staffed by true professionals. The level of experience of the teachers, the quality communication with parents and their ability to respond to my son’s needs as an individual are well above what I expected from a busy childcare center. I know my son is being loved, having fun and learning every day. I couldn’t ask for more.

  • I'd be happy to rate the care for my children here, which I cannot lie has been very good with my son who was in the pre-k classes. However I have to rate the director Patty too. Recently there was an incident with my daughter (5 years old) who is no longer there. I was told by her that she was hit by a teacher. I don't know how true it is because we really never got to the bottom of the issue. Mainly because the director immediately took sides with her staff. Her particular staff has been there almost 20 years so of course she will believe them. I have only known her staff six months so I can only take my daughters side. She didn't outright tell me she didn't believe my daughter, but she never really tried to understand either. Every time I talked to her she had a rebuttal for everything I said. The entire time I was there (6 months), she seemed just offended by my presence all-together. By the time I got finished trying to explain the situation to the her, I was more offended by her than the accused. Even if I was to see that person on the street, there is no ill feelings because I don't know exactly what happen but what I will say is my daughter was scared and crying and seemed very intimidated. When at home she said she was hit. When infront of the teacher she said no, and when I asked her why she was changing her answer, she said she didn't want to the teacher in trouble. That is enough to listen too. By the way they do have a kindergarten program, which my daughter was in and it was not good at all I quested the curriculum, which is not worth going to and paying for. My son was also there, in the preschool program. He experienced two classroom teachers whom I was very well please with. Since that incident I needed 30 days for him because no other preschool program is free and I have to find a good daycare until he can go to a free program. But because my child brought this to their attention, she (and her staff as she stated), no longer wanted my three year old back either because I didn't try to sort it out with her. The way I get it is that, my three year old can't come back because I didn't apologize or look pass my daughter's statement. I never once showed any form of madness, or disrespect. Even when I tried to get an understanding why my son was not welcomed back, her staff thought 'well what if your other child makes a statement of that sort with us again'? THEN THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR STAFF NOT MY CHILDREN. She constantly explained how my children often came to daycare always hungry so they gave them extra and they gave them underwear and socks (for a 12 year old) as a way of us feeling privileged by you and your staff doing that so why would we hurt them. 'Keyword, staff, not patty'. What you will not do is make me or my children to be some kind of charity. At 44 dollars a day for each child everybody in there should get charity. Just to clear my name, maybe there was miscommunication, maybe there was not, at this point we will never know. Some things happen including hitting a child can be forgiven. I still would have moved on, but it is forgivable. However Patty, come to work everyday instead of sitting at home while your staff runs your daycare. You come in what 10-15 hours a week? Obviously you have gotten too comfortable and doing work and investigation is to stressful but opening your mouth and making rules is easy to you. I have to say it wasn't pleasure not seeing you when I walked in either but I smiled and moved on. This is not a way to bash you or your staff but to let my review be given about being a part of this center.
