  • They would rather terminate a family's care than admit a staff error. This organization prioritizes liability protection over child safety and parent partnership. If you expect transparency and professional standards, this is not the place for your child.

  • i’m aware that one star can be very horrible to a business like this and normally I would not do it, but we had a pretty serious incident with one of the workers and the manager told us more than once that this worker would not be around our child. However, we saw a video that this plan with violated three times despite the man you’re saying that either we were incorrect about those times or saying that the issue was resolved only for it to happen within minutes or hours after this being stated. Therefore, either the manager at this time was lying or did not actually know what was going on with the staff. Either way we removed our child and found a place that we are much happier with. I do like 99% of the staff here. But if things are not communicated by management, and if you have a worker who is clearly overwhelmed, this is the recipe for disaster.

  • We had our daughter here for a little over two years. It had been a wonderful experience until the recent turn over of almost all of their staff members. Truly it got so bad we had to pull our Daughter out immediately. -Staff wouldn't speak to you or get up out of chair when you would come to pick up your child. -Staff wearing pajamas with evident poor hygiene - Multiple times picking up and was told my daughter has a poopy diaper, and said they couldn't change her bc they were the only staff member and would have to take all the kids inside to change her. Ended up changing her myself in their bathroom(multiple times) -Structure disappeared, staff barely played with kids, they would sit on their phones or literally would just sit in a chair while talking with other staff members. Kids would be running around, trying to jump over the half walls, fighting, etc. -Many days my daughter never had her sunscreen applied, even on the hot 90 plus days. -Staff wouldn't take the time to address incidents. Their new rule I guess is to instantly grab the tablet and send an incident report to parents. So this would just lead into more incidents... because it was never de-escalate. -The teacher that is only 17 in charge of 10 3-4 year olds is visibly overwhelmed and not properly trained. - Staff takes 0 accountability. My 3 year old left the classroom and we were told that was an incident against her and told me they couldn't have that happen as if this was my daughter's fault. I asked how did she get out, and where was the teacher??? They kept redirecting my question putting the blame on my just turned 3 year old. - After having a meeting with the corporate supervisor after voicing my concerns to the staff and not getting heard or having anything done about itI lost all hope and sense of safety for my child. Her phone rang during the meeting and right in front of me she pulled it out of her boob to look at it! There is absolutely no professionalism in this business! And to end this, with the most concerning to me, the reviews that I've been reading on Google and then took a further look into I found out one recent one was written by a staff member and the other was the director's significant other, both rating perfect 5 star fake reviews, sounding as if they don't work there!! I truly was not going to leave this review bc we have moved on and found a new wonderful center but my mom heart knew I needed to for the other parents, so they don't have to go through as horrible and terrifying experience as we had did. -

  • Every family’s experience is unique, and we’ve had a positive one. My son calls it “friends house,” and my daughter loves all her teachers. It’s been wonderful to see how happy and comfortable they both are each day. While there has been some turnover and leadership changes, the love and care for my kids has always shone through. Please continue to improve the communication with parents regarding changes, and incidents.

  • When we first started with Adventures, it was a five-star experience. Over the past year or so, there have been some changes in leadership, with four different directors stepping in. During our time there, we've also seen four assistant directors, with the most recent one becoming the current director. The second and third directors had relatively short tenures, and the current director has brought some challenges that have affected the overall experience. Additionally, some of the teachers we trusted are no longer with the program. After careful consideration, we decided to withdraw our daughter, and we feel that was the best choice for our family. If you're interested, we recommend reading some of the LARA reviews for more insights.

  • After trying three different daycares that just didn’t meet our expectations, I’m so happy to say we finally found a place we love: Adventures Learning Center. We’ve been here for just under a year now, and the difference in care and communication has been night and day. From the start, we’ve felt that our two children are genuinely cared for here. The teachers are clearly invested in the kids—they’re warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make each day meaningful. It’s clear that a lot of learning is happening throughout the day, and I love seeing it in action through the daily reports, which include photos, lesson plans, and activity updates. It gives me peace of mind and helps us feel connected to what our kids are doing, even when we can’t be there. One of the standout features is the camera access, which adds an extra layer of trust and transparency. It’s great knowing we can check in and see our kids thriving in a clean, well-maintained environment. The administrative staff is another highlight—always positive, responsive, and willing to help however they can. Even though the directors have changed a couple of times since we started, each one has made a positive impact before leaving, and the transition has always been handled smoothly. There have been a few ups and downs, which is natural in any childcare setting, but compared to our previous experiences, Adventures Learning Center has been a breath of fresh air. The community of families is another bonus—we’ve met some truly great people here. Overall, we feel grateful and relieved to have found a place where our children are safe, engaged, and growing every day. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing, well-run early learning environment.
