  • The teachers were always kind and wonderful with my child, and the facility is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, I recently unenrolled him due to ongoing issues with the manager, Teresa. Communication was consistently poor. Messages in the parent app often went unanswered, paperwork was disorganized, and there were multiple instances where I received incorrect or no communication at all. I was once turned away at drop-off because they were understaffed without any prior notice, costing me a workday. On another occasion, I was incorrectly told my child could not attend because his health forms had not been submitted, even though they had been received a month earlier. My biggest concern was the manager’s lack of professionalism. She has been witnessed yelling at a parent in the lobby and slamming her door. During my own interaction, she turned her back on me mid-conversation and initially tried to physically turn my four-year-old son away AT THE DOOR this morning. If I sent a message 3 minutes after the expected window that my son would be late, that is on me…but to turn my 4 year old child away at the door was a huge red flag and I will no longer turn a blind eye to her temper and demeanor. The teachers deserve recognition for the care they provide, but until management and communication improve, I cannot recommend this daycare based on my experience.

  • Due to behaviors my grandson had to be held back for kindergarten. He missed so much learning because he was either sent home or removed from the classroom. He didn't know how to hold a pencil, numbers & letters recognition or simple addition. He went to the summer camp program which wasn't just about having fun but included learning and retaining what they had learned. Today he now recognizes numbers and letters and can do simple addition. I am beyond words grateful for their compassion and dedication to every child. I highly recommend this center.

  • The staff and center are amazing! My son is just over 2; and never been in a daycare before this. They were all so amazing in his transition into the class. He would wake up excited to go. In the short time he was there they really helped him developmentally thrive. We were working with early interventions because he was premature. The only reason we left was a sudden housing change. I had intentions of starting my younger son in the infant room in sept. I would like to add I have 2 teenage daughters that were full time daycare from 6 weeks on. In a separate center; I do have something to compare this experience against for my daycare age children. Mr chase, Ms Theresa, and Ms Melanie thank you for making us part of the center family and taking such good care of Luca! He really loves you guys. Xoxoxox 💯 will recommend to anyone I can

  • Our son has been attending Birth Toddlers and Beyond for a year now, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the beginning, the environment has been welcoming, nurturing, and genuinely focused on child development. A special shoutout to Ms. Noel, who has made a tremendous impact on our son's growth. He absolutely adores her, and it's clear she puts so much heart into her teaching. We've seen noticeable improvements in his speech and communication since he started, and he genuinely enjoys going to school every day. We're so grateful to have found such a supportive and positive place for our child to learn and grow. Highly recommend!

  • Birth Toddlers and Beyond has been a phenomenal experience for our daughter and our family! The facility is spotless, the staff is amazing, and the daily updates through their app are fantastic. Miss Cassidy is incredible and the sweetest human ever. She truly cares for all the kids and it shows in her every day work. We feel completely at ease knowing she's in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend!
