  • I recently toured and “enrolled” my children in the Adrian facility. My tour consisted of a classroom teacher who could not answer any of my or my husbands questions. The only question she could answer she laughed at first, then answered. The rest of my questions I had to wait until an enrollment employee or director was back in office. I was then given 3 different weekly quotes for my children. When I questioned the difference in quotes, I was directed to “view the rates at this attachment”. No follow up or “I’ll reach out to who you were working with”. So i called the office twice to question the price difference when I got my final “revised contract” to sign, and it was almost $30 more than my first quote. The first time I called, I was told someone was not in office, I would be called back. Second time that said person was on the phone and would call me back right away. I never got a call back. So i never signed the contract authorizing the payment of OVER $400 a week for my 2 children as no one could explain that price to me. Fast forward to what was supposed to be their first day, this facility charged me the payment of $400 that i never signed the contract agreeing on, and my children had never ever stepped foot in this building. Ever. So when i emailed stating we would not be attending, I sure got multiple emails and phone calls trying to get ahold of me. But no one could ever reach out to answer my questions before hand. But they sure could reach out after I was mad and they took my money wrongfully. Terrible , terrible facility. That only has 5 star reviews from the owners family members.

  • I love BTB and so do my kids the girls are so amazing there and they are so good at catching those special moments. My son is learning so much it’s so amazing to see him grow everyday. I must say Beth is great person to have working there she’s always helping me out with my kids especially my son when he gets upset when I leave for the day

  • Really great daycare with caring staff who genuinely look out for the kids. The place is clean, safe, and has a very welcoming vibe. Communication has been solid, and it’s clear the children are happy and well cared for. Definitely recommend.

  • This daycare has gone downhill the last 3-4 months. The new management does not know how to communicate and they are so short staffed from treating their employees badly that they send kids home left and right. They had solid staff members but they have slowly all fell out. We loved Eden but ever since she left the place has been awful. The new lady in the office is rude and doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. My child was pulled it did not feel safe there anymore. Just walking in at drop off felt like you were walking into a circus and teachers are exhausted and management is just sitting on their computers while the teachers struggle with their large classroom sizes. Used to love it here sad it went downhill.

  • BTB has been a wonderful environment for my daughter. She enjoys being there. I have full confidence in the staff and her in their care. They have an engaging curriculum that still allows for creativity. Kendra is our favorite teacher and does amazing with our girl. She utilizes the procare app every day that she works. It's full of updates on what they did that day, fun pictures, activities coming up, and even any accidents. I love that I get photos daily through the procare app while I'm at work. This facility is top notch.

  • I had an absolutely terrible experience with this daycare. I signed up and paid a deposit in July for my child to start in November. However, just three weeks after my child was born, I received a call informing me that there was no longer a spot available in November 2024, and I would have to wait until April 2025 to start (first red flag). After escalating my concern, I was told they "figured out a way to make a spot work," but I was also offered a refund of my $225 deposit if I was still concerned. After discussing with multiple people, we decided we didn’t want a spot that they were scrambling to accommodate us in. If they couldn’t even get the dates right, how could I trust them to care for my infant? We communicated that we would hold off for now and keep the deposit for the April 2025 spot, and I was assured several times that if we chose not to attend, I would still receive my refund. In November 2024 and again in February 2025, I was contacted and asked if I wanted to start my child earlier, but I declined. I was reassured once again that the refund would still be available if we didn’t move forward with the April start. However, when I reached out in March to request my refund, I was told that this was no longer an option, even though I had confirmed the refund was guaranteed every time I was contacted. It was never communicated to me that the refund would be a "take it or leave it" situation. The lack of organization and communication is beyond frustrating. I feel completely scammed— they took my money and left me with no solution. Do NOT trust them with your child or your money. I would give zero stars if I could.
