Bright Angels Child Day Care Center - Taylor

OK, I seen a disturbing review. I don’t know what’s going on but my baby been going there almost a year next month. I have never had no problem far as him coming home wet or anything with any bruising. All you do is have to look at all of 20 Other reviews versus the one review. Some people is not happy with their self so they try to make others look bad. You have to experience yourself. I know this place is a great place with great people!!! If you are not raising your children, it shows because our children is a reflection of us. ‼️‼️

I would not recommend this daycare due to repeated unprofessional, unsafe, and inappropriate treatment of my children. Staff have used profanity in front of the kids, falsely accused them of things they didn’t do, and even denied bathroom use. My children are often not given outdoor time, which is essential for their well-being, and I have witnessed unsafe practices with infants that raise serious safety concerns. When I reported these issues, management’s responses were inadequate and dismissive, leaving me with little confidence that meaningful changes would be made. My children have experienced emotional distress from these ongoing problems, and I am deeply concerned about their safety and well-being while in this facility’s care. Parents deserve a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for their children. Unfortunately, this daycare has failed to provide that.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other parents about my family’s experience here. From the very first week, staff used profanity in front of my 8-year-old. Over time, there were multiple incidents of cursing, including from the director herself. Staff falsely accused my 6-year-old of making a mess, then forced him (and his sister) to clean it even though camera footage proved he hadn’t done it. My children were denied restroom access to the point that they urinated on themselves, were never taken outside to play the entire summer, and were even allowed to hold infants — something no school-age child should be responsible for. Whenever I raised concerns, the director would “apologize” but nothing really changed. At one point, she even suggested I transfer my kids to another location because of how bad the issues were at this one. This daycare is unprofessional, unsafe, and does not put children’s well-being first. I do not recommend sending your children here.

Very great daycare service for my 2 children. My kids learn something new everyday, eat well, and are well taken care of. We just got back from their first field trip at sea life and Lego land my kids had a ball. Will recommend if you are looking for a daycare, no need to be hesitant.

Our sons have been going to the Wyandotte location - which has been awesome. Now the new location in Taylor has opened and even though it is further away from us, our boys want to go wherever their favorite teachers are! You can’t go wrong at either location… it is very evident that all the caregivers care deeply about the kids and go above and beyond to make sure their needs are met. Wonderful people and very accommodating.
