The daycare's disorganization and lack of communication are concerning. I've observed an unstimulating environment, and the staff doesn't provide daily reports on my child's activities, meals, or sleep schedules. Bottles are often left unrefrigerated, and the child-to-staff ratio seems excessive. I've been told that the staff is too busy to attend to my child's needs, including cuddling and providing baby food. As a parent, I expect a safe, nurturing environment, and regular updates on my child's day. The owner's failure to address these concerns is disappointing. I urge the owner to recognize the importance of communication, staff ratios, and individualized care in providing quality childcare.
