We couldn't have asked for a better daycare experience for our daughter. She attended from just 4 months old until she was 3.5 years old, and throughout those years she was always surrounded by caring, compassionate, and dedicated staff. The teachers truly treated her like family and created a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where she could learn, grow, and build confidence. We watched her reach so many important milestones, develop friendships, and come home excited to share what she had learned each day. The communication with families was always excellent, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such loving and capable hands. We are incredibly grateful for the care and support our daughter received over the years. We highly recommend Bright Light ECE to any family looking for a place where their child will be genuinely loved and encouraged to thrive!

The staff are so caring and attentive, and our child has been able to grow up with the same teachers and same classmates for the past 2 years, giving her a consistent and stable community outside of the family unit. They are reasonably accommodating, administratively well-organized, and communication is easy. We’d recommend them to any family looking for great early childhood care.
My ReviewsMay 22, 2026We have been with Bright Light for about a year. We have only good things to say about them. Lindsey and her team communicate their needs very well. Drop offs and pick ups are secure and easy. The two we have enrolled absolutely love their caregivers. That tells me the children are not just “there for the day” but they are loved. Healthy snacks, outside play, small groups, pictures, games, crafts, even gifts from the kids on the holidays- somehow Bright Light does it all. My only complaint is they need more pajama days. 😁 If you have the opportunity, the wait list is worth it and for the care that is provided the tuition is too. Huge thank you to every one of your staff at Bright Light! Every one of you is appreciated!
Charles ReynoldsFeb 19, 2026I chose Bright Light because it was a newer daycare with a promising outlook and it has lived up to the expectations and has in fact passed the expectations. The growth I see in my son from being in this environment is amazing. Lindsey and the staff and teachers are so great with Kaedyn. It feels like family. I enjoy the building, location, learning style, the great teachers, and the healthy food options.

I get there are a lot of kids to take care of, but they are so in tune to everyone's needs and capabilities! I'm so happy I chose to send my son there! I even get updates on the daily meal intakes and naps, pictures of drawings! I'd recommend this daycare over and over again!
Megan CadySep 8, 2025Moving to Battle Creek from Flint in 2022 was a huge transition. Being away from family left us with two young children needing dependable, supportive care. Bright Light was recommended by friends that had their children enrolled. We called, were added to the waitlist, and called before we moved here. We have LOVED every second of our Bright Light experience. It has been amazing.
