  • I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but parents deserve to know what they’re signing up for. This daycare provider has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable from the very beginning. Within the first few days of using her services, she showed up late multiple times with no proper notice, causing me to be late for work—which jeopardizes my job. Instead of acknowledging the impact of her actions, she continued to talk about how the situation was hurting her business. At one point, she didn’t show up at all and only informed me minutes before I had to be at work. When I voiced concerns about the lack of communication and consistency, she deflected and made it about her health without any accountability or backup plan in place. Parents depend on reliable childcare to stay employed. This level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of professionalism is not something I’ve ever experienced with other licensed providers. I’ve had to find new childcare because I simply can’t trust that she’ll show up on time—or at all. If you’re a working parent with a strict schedule, I’d strongly caution you before enrolling your child here. Update: I was let go from my job due to her negligence. 2nd Update: The FIRST day the only day you watched them you showed up at 6:50 when you stated you would be there at 6:30 mind you I have to work at 7am. The second day you told me 7 minutes before my shift started you wasn’t coming. The messages don’t lie. You’re UNPROFESSIONAL and money hungry bottom line. I don’t care how holy you try to portray yourself to be. You’re messing with people’s livelihood.
