My daughter enjoyed being here but now with an unexpected closure I am at risk of losing my job. I was forced to accommodate with their times and lost hours as well and the last time I had my daughter there they wanted me to refile for my child to be there and claimed they weren't getting paid despite me filing the paperwork to have her enrolled on 2 separate occasions. My daughter enjoyed this place but it is not worth the risk and I will be contacting the BBB to report their inconsistencies.

So my review of this place is they have some great staff here. But they never open on time. Highly inconvenient especially when you need before Care it defeats the purpose of having it. It says they open at 6:30 on google and at 7 on their website. Like what do yall be doing to not show up to work on time to do the job we are paying you for? Smh thinking about trying a different day care but if you need reliable child care they aren’t it.

The staff here are genuinely kind, and my son really enjoys being there. However, I cannot recommend this daycare if you rely on consistent childcare in order to work. They close unexpectedly and often with only a couple of hours’ notice. For the past six months, they’ve also been closing an hour early, which has created serious issues with our work schedules. There have been multiple extended closures—sometimes for weeks at a time—without sufficient warning or support. Both my partner and I have had to take last-minute time off repeatedly and are now at risk of losing our jobs due to the constant unpredictability. It’s also important to note that you’re still expected to pay tuition during these closures, even if you have to arrange and pay for alternate childcare on your own. Many of the positive reviews here appear to be from staff rather than from parents who depend on this center day-to-day. If you work from home or have flexible availability, this might be a great fit—the staff truly are wonderful with the kids. But if you need reliable, consistent care in order to keep your job, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Kids are fun and make the day goes by fast. The team there is wonderful. Ms. DIANA IS GREAT. Love her. Ms. TONI WOW WHAT CAN I SAY sunshine and Great spirit. The team works well together and the management team.will help with your achievement and goals.
