  • Great daycare for your children, especially if you don’t care about their developmental wellbeing or general safety :)

  • I absolutely ADORE the staff and program available at Circle Time with Friends. I did tours of several facilities in the Redford/Livonia area as I approached the end of my maternity leave this past spring. Circle Time with Friends was the most accommodating, affordable and conveniently located. My son truly LIGHTS up when we ring the bell for drop and for months now reaches for the staff members. As a mother, knowing your child not only is well taken care of, but truly enjoys being with his care takers is priceless. Ms. Stephanie in the Infant room is warm, attentive, creative and kind. I will miss her care as he graduates to the next room. Communication is open and clear through the ClassDojo app and they are always available for me to talk about Ben's development and care. I have worked with children of various ages and in education for the last 11 years and I am beyond pleased with Circle Time with Friends. I plan to continue to bring my child here as long as possible.

  • The owner is extremely unprofessional and argumentative. She does not like to try and hear any other perspectives. Furthermore, she picks and chooses what rules she wants to adhere by and then says, “ it’s from licensing.” The staff where mask when they want to and they can be rude sometimes as well. One of the staff members told me that I needed to start putting my son on shoes. First off, he’s premature and unable to fit any shoes due to his small size. If I want my infant to wear sleepers daily then that is my prerogative. I have had 2 experiences where she turned my children away because she reported, “ mom your kids are the only kids here and I am not keeping the daycare open for them.” However, I still had to pay the full amount for that day. Furthermore, I had one experience where I was late and informed her of. Then she continued to lie that I always made my payments late. The audacity!!!!! I should have read the reviews before enrolling my children. Do not recommend

  • My kid was in a montissory school b4 but we needed to pivot b/c that school wasnt working. So i started the hunt for a new school. I came across this school and made a call and visited. Let me tell you this. The environment and people in the place CARE. They care for the children here. I felt it the second i walked in. The programs they have help my family out so much. They are good with communication and i am very confidence that my kid will be ready for the next phase of schooling. They are stricked on keeping things clean and kids safe. I love it.

  • The owner needs to learn how to deal with clients on a professional level. My son was not allowed to return because of his allergies that cause a clear runny nose. And have the paperwork from a DOCTOR (which the owner seems to think she is) to back it up... It's not contagious or viral. And she hung up on me several times while I calmly tried to discuss with her how we should handle this situation. Also ... The staff has nasty attitudes. My son was ignored every time he tried to say goodbye to the teacher. There was only one girl that I felt comfortable with. I do not recommend.

  • Owner needs more training on how to deal with clients/parents of enrolled children. Extremely unprofessional and feels that she can raise her voice and talk using her hands in your personal space. Extreme example of poor customer service from another African American owed business. I was told my son could not return after I asked the owner not to raise her voice or talk to me in the manner in which she did. Also no reimbursement for a full weeks tuition that was just paid nor the one week in the whole that was paid upon starting. I have been in business myself for 9 years and would never talk to or treat any of my clients in that manner. Also I give credit when it’s due teachers were very professional no complaints for staff.
