At first, we really enjoyed this center and put our full trust in the director even though it had been open for less than a year at the time. Sadly, over the 3 months of our child's enrollment, the transparency between parent and center began to dwindle. We were not made aware of any new staff who'll be caring for our child, our child's items came up missing, other children's clothes were put on our child, our child did not nap well, the feeds/diaper changes/and naps were not being recorded on the app till much later in the day, and when we chose to bring up these concerns with Sura, we were treated as though we were being too much to ask for solutions. Our trust in the center ended the day that Sura asked us to come in after a representative from the state had visited and 'supposedly' told her that we had submitted a report on her center. Confused, we still attended because Sura stated it was pertaining our child's enrollment. During this 1.5hr meeting, we were questioned by Sura over and over, and were told she will be finding out who submitted the report and "it is either your enrollment or a staff member" that will be terminated. We emphasized many times to Sura that although we know it exists as an option, we did not submit a report. Still, Sura gave us a week to worry about our child's enrollment, as two working parents, while she did her investigations. She also stated that communicating in the Procare app, the app designed to keep parents and the caretakers of their children connected, was stressing her out. But asking if our child napped yet, or ate yet, or giving tips to new staff on what our baby needs, was deemed as too much by Sura. By the end of the week, Sura had decided not to go through with terminating our enrollment. However, we decided that for our child's safety and for our peace of mind, we would transition our child out of this center and into another, more experienced center. Alhamdullilah، we did just that. There's much more that I haven't written simply because this was already stressful experience to have gone through, but it happened and we learned our lesson with trusting too quickly. Parents, don't be afraid to speak up for your children. You are your child's best advocate, and you know your babies best. If there is something wrong that you know shouldn't be the way it is, speak up. Nothing is too small when it comes to our babies, especially our infants who can't even speak for themselves yet. Weve had such a great experience at Dream Land Child Care. I have twins, and from the start the team has been so kind, patient, and welcoming. Its clear they genuinely care about the kids and treat them with so much love. Sura (the owner) is wonderful warm, attentive, and very involved. Its such a relief to drop off knowing my children are safe, supported, and in good hands. The environment is clean and organized, the routine feels structured in a way that really works for little ones, and communication has been solid. Ive seen my kids grow so much since starting here. Highly recommend Dream Land Child Care to any parent looking for a trustworthy, nurturing daycare.

Dreamland Daycare is an amazing place to send a child. I have a really bad experience at another daycare and was really nervous to send my daughter to another daycare. Right from the beginning of meeting the director Sura I felt like my daughter was being placed in a safe environment. Actually all the staff at Dreamland Daycare are so nice and friendly. The communication and pictures throughout the day on the app they have is amazing. I couldn’t have picked a better place to place my child.

I’ve never seen my son happy waking up in the morning to go to school until he started at Dream land , always excited and ready , I appreciate all the staff and Miss Sura for the effort that they’re doing. Lots of fun, activities, learning and extra care , my son is in safe hands 🙏🏻
