If you are looking for a safe and loving environment for your child, Early Foundations is worth considering. The owner is a passionate and professional provider. My daughter grew socially and emotionally while attending EFCDC. My child experienced new learning adventures daily, and became much more confident. The director exhibited an excellent understanding of early childhood development which was conveyed in her individualized approach of learning through play. She was always transparent and welcomed feedback. The hours of operation and location were convenient due to my work schedule. I strongly recommend EFCDC over the larger early child care centers within Metro -Detroit. Your business is appreciated at EFCDC, your voice matters and your child is nurtured.

In such a short time they’ve made such a meaningful impact thanks to their great care and attention they give to each child. They make you feel connected and present even while you’re not there.
Bailey McFaddenJul 24, 2026Wonderful Home Daycare! Ms. Mari and her staff were always so amazing and kind when our little buddy attended here. Our son attended when he was roughly three years old and had some medical history that has always left me nervous leaving him in the care of others. I never felt worried or concerned when he was here and appreciated the kiddos were always busy with little art and other play projects. Ms. Mari is a ray of sunshine and we are so blessed to have come across her daycare when we did!

The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, and I feel comfortable knowing my child is in good hands. The communication with parents is great, and I appreciate the love and care my child receives each day. I’m very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this daycare to other families!

Everything about this place was really great my daughter was there for a while and she really enjoyed it she misses it still I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone who wants their children to have a good Head start in life. Maritza is amazing she really cares about the children and she shows it in everything she does.
coleman tateJul 23, 2026My children love the staff here, they are amazing at their jobs. What I honestly love most about this daycare is they do not play about their teaching. My children words have formed into sentences, they come home very excited telling me all about the different animals and words they learned. If I could keep them here forever I would💕. Thank you to you all for showing my children what love and teaching really looks like.
