Education Station

I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional care our son receives at Education Station. From day one, the staff has gone above and beyond for every child, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment. Their commitment to each child's individual needs truly sets them apart. One of the standout features of this daycare is their communication. They consistently post updates and pictures of our son on their app, which keeps us informed and provides us with peace of mind throughout the day. It’s a wonderful way to feel connected to our child's experiences while we're apart. When we discovered our son's sensory needs, the staff was incredibly eager to help. They took the time to understand his requirements and have implemented strategies to support him effectively. This level of attentiveness has made a significant difference in his comfort and development. Every staff member at Education Station is not only respectful and kind but also genuinely supportive of every family. Their dedication to creating a positive atmosphere for the children and parents alike is evident in everything they do. We feel fortunate to be part of such a wonderful community. We absolutely love Education Station! Have been attending since 2016 and both Children absolutely flourished! The teachers are very caring and have a strong relationship with the children in their care. The app is great to update Parents on their children's day. It feels great to know that our Children are well cared for and loved while we have to be at work! 100% Recommend!

Very rude director. When called out on not following procedures and questioning what’s going on while children are in their care- they get cocky and defensive. There should be cameras in these rooms! It’s not worth 350 plus a week.

I was denied the information to reach out to the owner. The director and her supervisor would not give me that info and Cps told me that they were supposed to and that they would give it to me. This daycare has been under state investigation a few times these last 3 years. They have a state worker go and watch the girls. The girls know they are there watching- so why would they do things they aren’t supposed to do in front of them? . This daycare doesn’t follow policies at all. The parents who have children here are being told lies by the director and that everything is ok when it isn’t!!!! They are neglecting children. They also have broken many licensing policies and I have PROOF FOR THE STATE! Toddler room is supposed to have a diaper change every 2 hours. Some days my child wouldn’t have a diaper change for 3-4 hours. My son would come home with unexplained marks on him.(bruises sometimes and even a bite mark on his back) who is watching them and why wasn’t it documented on my sons chart on the app like it should have been. Then when questioned about this stuff- they say that they don’t know what happened. Staff doesn’t follow policies at all and they aren’t consistent. For over 300$ a week- it isn’t worth it. Check out other daycares in the surrounding areas so your children get the care they deserve.

I highly recommend Education Station Wayland for child care. Both of my sons have attended for the last three years, and we've experienced each of the age rooms. From newborn/infant care through school age, we have developed wonderful relationships with the staff and our kiddos love it there.
