  • Overall we really liked our time at ec3, from 6 months to 2.5 years before we moved cross country. There is a good sense of community there, and they have a huge number of set activities they do with your kid each day. The difference between what they can do there and what we could do at home is quite large. The only negatives were that we found it somewhat hit or miss with the teachers. Some we had we felt deeply cared for our sons well being and development, but about half really seemed to only go through the motions. It was also frustrating when our son would get really bad diaper rashes nearly everyday for quite some time while there.

  • The most quality daycare with the most professional, kind, and compassionate staff.

  • We've had our child in EC3 since October 2023, and we've loved the childcare experience here. The staff are kind, transparent, and love the work they are doing. The building (an old middle school) is large and has extensive outdoor areas, the families are engaged, and it's comparable in cost to other child care center costs across metro Lansing.

  • There are some great teachers but others were not nice to my child or myself. I was yelled at several times by a teacher because they didn’t agree with some of my choices. They were not supportive of potty training and had a hard time communicating with my child. They complained several times my child wouldn’t communicate with the teachers but my child had no issues talking at home or with others outside of the center. Once we moved and switch centers, my child had no issue with potty training or communicating with staff. I believe my child didn’t feel comfortable at the center but it’s hard for a toddler to tell you that. If we didn’t move we would have pulled my child from the center.

  • This daycare is so professional and is very understanding about everything. I feel very safe leaving my child here. They use such great approaches to help kids and the teachers are so professional and understanding as well. My son has such a blast here and loves it.

  • I recommend EC3 wholeheartedly, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. They have been the utmost professional and proactive in their response and communication. They adhere to the strictest safety and sanitation protocols and it shows. Since returning our child, he has thrived in Toddlerland and I am grateful for the tutelage his teachers provide him and us! The quality curriculum is evident and appreciated. The teachers are treated as valued educators and this makes a noticeable difference. I know each day our child is receiving excellent care which eases our minds as we work from home to provide for our family.
