I live near this center and if these parents knew how the staff actually was for these children they'd be shocked. They send the children out in the rain and mud, some without coats, all the while the adults are standing under the ledge out of the rain. I'm constantly hearing children crying. I observed one child being forced to stand on the wall while he was yelling I want to go in and pee and them telling him no. I watched one child standing on the roof of one of the play structures, for at least 5 minutes, before they even caught it. I believe they need to screen their workers better because most of them are lazy and don't pay attention.
Tammy ArnoldJun 22, 2026Two stars because the facility is clean, well maintained, and secured. Communication between the office and potential parents is atrocious. We did our due diligence and toured early and filled out and sent in paperwork 6 months in advance. We were waitlisted - totally understandable. What’s unacceptable is the two months of me following up with phone calls, emails, and finally in person to have to wait 40 minutes to not even speak to someone! The front office sister finally just told me that they “will definitely call my back.” (Obviously not?) and that I “should probably keep looking at other schools because their waitlist long since they accept DHS students.” I don’t care if I’m still on the list, but have the professionalism to follow up with someone who’s clearly reaching out and trying to figure out care for their infant. Still haven’t heard back almost three months later.
Abby CesarzNov 4, 2025My wife and I love Felician Children's Center, we would definitely recommend sending your child here. We have been using FCC services for 3 years and have never had an issue. We now have 2 children that attend and they love it and tell us all the things they get to do each day. We provide a cold lunch for our kids but if you would like your child to have hot lunch thats an option. FCC also covers breakfast, snacks and diapers which is a huge bonus.
Ryan SolesMar 5, 2024Our family is so thankful to have two kiddos at FCC. The staff is nurturing, accommodating, meticulous, and very positive. We have been impressed by the facility's security, the detailed communication from teachers throughout the day, and the focus on creative and age-appropriate play. Children are actively engaged in meaningful play, and our kiddos are typically disappointed to leave at the end of the day. We also appreciate the family events where we can explore and interact with our children in new ways. The FCC staff is truly an extension of our family, and we are thankful they're helping us raise our children.
Lindsey MicheelFeb 28, 2024Felician Children's Center is the best! Our kids love their teachers who are caring and nurturing and like an extension of our family. We also appreciate all the obvious effort that goes into training and procedures to make sure everyone stays healthy and the classroom environment is safe. FCC carries a lot of weight for our family and takes great care of our kids. We couldn't do it without them!
Trent HarrisFeb 27, 2024We love FCC! My 2 children have attended for about a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff are all so kind! My kids always come home happy and taken care of. The teachers care so much, I can tell they genuinely love taking care of my kids.
