Our child has been at First Lutheran since she was a newborn. 8 years later and countless amazing new friends, we couldn’t be happier with this child care center. The personal relationships we have developed with staff and the other families has been priceless. Thank you!
Ben LeBlancAug 11, 2026Love the staff here and I have 100% trust in them with my Preschooler and almost 8 month old. UNLIKE next door at St Mary's where they don't even allow you to leave a Google review.. that says it all.
Chelsie HalaszMay 11, 2026There aren’t many centers in Charlotte, but this one is subpar. Communication from staff is almost nonexistent. Updates throughout the day are limited (or not at all), and even at pickup it’s almost like pulling teeth to get any information whatsoever. I’ve also witnessed concerning practices, like children being placed in front of TVs or iPads, babies left lying in cribs or on the floor, and toddlers playing unattended while staff are on their phones. Daycare should provide engagement, safety, and attentive care. This is not the level of care or attention I expect from a daycare.
SmithSep 25, 2025All three of my kids have attended FLPD for years and I’ve never had one incident that ever made me question if I made the right decision sending them to daycare. Highly recommend!
