The TEACHERS ARE FINE& GREAT 5 STARS FOR THEM. The administrator Capri Scott is one to watch out for. She claims to want to help “black&brown” little boys but puts a target on them. My child said to me “Ms.Capri is scary” She over charged me for over six months and only cause I was getting ready to take my child out of the school brought the price to where it should’ve been since the child would be starting school soon which if I hadn’t insisted she would NOT Have done. She (personally) isolated my child as discipline when the weather was nice&didnt let em go outside w/other kids. She reached out to a potential school my child was to go to. She was not asked to do so. She claimed she was reaching out cause other parents were asking about the school and didn’t mention my child personally keep in mind FFCDC has a preschool program of its own and said her own child went there. So she only reached out since my child had a speech delay which she admitted not knowing how to address and it’s a good chance she mentioned that to the potential school. Which she had NO RIGHT TO DO. Especially when the school asked for medical recordds and had an IN PERSON INTERVIEW.Keep in mind my child was diagnosed with a speech delay well after starting and she was told in confidence about the delay. Protect your child and keep looking for other day cares.
Blair OtisSep 2, 2023I feel so blessed to send my son to a place where the people truly care for his well-being. It has been amazing to witness my son’s growth with his language and mannerisms. All of the staff have been so loving, and the Director Mrs. Scott is so hands on and knows how to truly run a business(so hard to find). We are truly getting our money’s worth here and appreciate it. I recommend this daycare center to everyone I know.
Aniebiet McCloudOct 27, 2022I enjoy this daycare, I know my child is safe, every staff is my new adopted family , it’s just a great experience at this daycare! I like how thorough The director is with her messages, concerns,and the App the center uses do that you know that your child is safe daily! Is such a good breather to have, because I know that I am able to message my child teacher and I receive immediate attention! This childcare gets a 1000 for performance, cleanliness, and customer service. My son has been here a year going on two. And he runs to the door when it is time for drop off, that ensures me he is in Amazing hands

My daughter was going to another center (Kinder Care) and they were the worst my baby kept getting sick, but not at Foundation First, since my baby has been there she never gets sick, the center is extremely CLEAN !!!! I love the personal attention the staff gives my daughter and the other kids. I would recommend Foundation First Childcare to all my family members and friends. If I could give the center 10 Stars I would that's how AWESOME they are. :) :) :)
Unique SteeleMay 17, 2022We were so happy to find a daycare close to home and with staff that truly cared about the children. The center is always clean and the staff very friendly. I appreciate the updates on the app and the quick communication whenever I have a question or want to discuss the curriculum. I asked a litany of questions prior to enrolling my daughter, often after hours, and all of my inquires were addressed thoroughly. Since enrolling my daughter we've experienced noticeably less colds, she comes home with arts and crafts almost every week and has a positive bond with her teachers. I also appreciate knowing the director has years of classroom experience (many daycare directors do not hold certifications that would allow them to teach in a local school district) and can advise me on what she will need to know in advance of her scholastic journey. Dropping her off at Foundation First feels like dropping her off with family.
Tracey Lynn PearsonMay 16, 2022It hasn’t been a full year yet that my 15 month old has attended this childcare center and it feels like we have known Mrs. Scott forever. The care is top tier! I am worry free throughout the day and words just don’t describe how grateful I am for Mrs. Scott and her team; from the location, to the cleanliness to the communication…i could go on and on but I definitely would recommend this place if you’re looking for a true family feel yet professional place of care.
