Loretta PowellMar 25, 2026Terrible experience! The women (Erika Murray) over enrollment is absolutely a horrible person. You will never be able to get in contact with her ,and she will blame it on you. I wasted two months trying to enroll my daughter just for her to keep pushing the date back. I sat in an Emergency room for 4 hours to get a covid/flu/rsv test one my 1year old as part of their enrollment requirements. I also went up to the location to speak with her after leaving messages for two week just for her to walk right pass me and tell the front desk to have me leave a message as if I wasn’t standing there. If I could give a zero I would for the amount of disrespect i’ve experienced. The rest of the staff was very empathetic, but couldn’t help unfortunately. It’s sad they had to keep apologizing for her unprofessional behavior.

Franklin-Wright Settlements, Inc. has been a strong force in helping the community help itself for over 134 years, and is a cornerstone of strength in supporting individuals, families, and groups on the east side of Detroit and throughout the tri-county area.
