We have had a very good experience with FELC. The staff is very professional and friendly. Our boy is well taken care of.

My son attended here for several years. The teachers, specifically Ms. Nina and a few others are wonderful. However, There were a lot of times we would pick up our son on an extremely hot day and he was outside sweating with his hoodie still on. When mornings are cold and afternoons are warm they should have cared enough to take a child’s hoodie off in 90 degree weather. This was a consistent issue. The main reason for the low rating is the office communication. It’s just unacceptable for the price we pay. Sam W. in the office fails to answer emails in a timely manner. Several times I have had to follow up on an email 6-7 times before getting an answer. We switched from 5 days a week to 4 days and it took weeks of being charged incorrectly and many emails till Sam finally got back to me. The admin piece of the center REALLY needs to be reexamined for people to trust kids in their care! If you cannot respond to a simple email, imagine the other things getting ignored.

Have been here for about 3 years, love all the teachers. We have always built a great relationship with the teachers and other staff.

I will start by saying the teachers here were absolutely outstanding. Never had to worry about the level of care my kids received for the almost 3 years we were here. I will say, their administration department, leaves less to be desired. I receive better service at McDonald’s than I do here. They do not care about family or personal situations and treat your kid strictly as a number and are ready to end care at a moments notice. If you are ok with that, the teachers truly are amazing.

We have enjoyed our time at Freedom Early Learning. The teacher's are very friendly and genuinely care for our child. Sam (director) does a great job and keeps families informed of latest news/updates.
