  • I don’t recommend this daycare for anyone with small children! My 4 yr old child attended this facility for 3 weeks Everyday he came home he was really thirsty and hungry Everytime I picked him up my husband and I mentioned it to staff members several times they would say things like he didn’t want to eat, which was unbelievable because I have a child that eats everything! They had no other options and I was told I couldn’t bring him snacks because of other kids as if they couldn’t get his snack during meal times. The staff sit down all day not interacting with the children. And the really short lady that sits in the front all day is very unprofessional I made a schedule which she lied to my face and told me I didn’t then she proceeded to yell at me as if I was one of her own children. I told them we will no longer be attending, she had another staff member call me and ask was I still attending. Like seriously despite this being a good location, This place is not a place for small children

  • I love each and every staff member who works at this establishment. They treat my twins as if they are their own family members. I’ve never had any bad incidents or altercations and most importantly my babies love to get up and go. My babies will continue to go and grow there for as long as possible.

  • Both of my children attend happy elephant and they absolutely love it. The staff communicates well and is very accommodating. My children engage in a lot of different activities and learning here.

  • I posted a review about this place a year ago and for some reason it’s gone, so I’m going to repost my review because I genuinely believe nobody should be bringing their children here. Definitely do not recommend bringing your child here. I had heard bad things before, but I was in a situation where I needed childcare right away and they were the only ones with availability. My son has anutism and they were less than understanding of him. He doesn’t understand a lot of things most kids his age do. I was told he ran out of his classroom a few times and due to this they said it was too much of a liability for him to be in their care. Where were the teachers? Why was he able to exit the classroom so easily? Several occasions that I picked up and dropped off, I would see teachers sitting down and not paying attention to the children. I have worked in childcare previously for years and let me tell you, this is not how a facility should be operating. The front desk and director were so rude and would often be very short when speaking with me even though I was always friendly. My son has a hard time with his speech and communication due to him being autistic, but he was able to tell me his teachers were “mean” and said they were “yelling loud.” No teacher should ever be yelling at students. Each morning I dropped him off he would sob, to the point I could not get him out of my vehicle as he would say “I scared, Happy Elephant scary.” Once he told me that, I pulled him out that very day. This tells me my child was being mistreated and taken advantage of because of his speech/communication and comprehension issues. He was completely discriminated. My child has never been scared of or had such a hard time at daycare/school before. In fact, he absolutely loved school and his teachers did nothing but praise how great he did each day and he had formed very special bonds with both of his teachers. Shame on this daycare. Do not bring your children here, especially if they are special needs as they clearly have no clue how to have a child with a disability in their “care.”

  • Enrolling my children in childcare has always been my biggest fear ! I now have 5 children and I had no choice with me working from home. I enrolled my younger 3 here and I’m completely satisfied. I drop them off without a worry! The staff is so friendly and understanding. The center is clean and I’m just all around satisfied with my choice. I strongly suggest this is probably the perfect center for a 1st time daycare center!

  • Happy elephant is so attentive and spot on with children’s needs. My daughter has been attending happy elephant since 6months and recently turned 4, The activities and learning are outstanding compared to other daycare centers! Also they accommodate special needs children which is a major plus I would highly recommend
