My grandkids have been with this daycare for years they are awesome treat the kids as they are theirs the staff is outstanding would recommend anyone to kingdom come daycare

Wish I could give ZERO stars! Never again! My baby been going to this daycare for 2.5 years and they’ve changed their hours of operation 100 times. I have never seen anything like it. Let’s not forget the unprofessionalism in the place so far I’ve only seen 2 teachers that are still there from when my baby first started. They get mad when you voice how you feel about hours or always closing randomly. That’s inconvenient and too inconsistent. especially for somebody with a real job! It went from 5am-midnight TO 6a-8p & 6am to 11:15 & now I’m wrong for being aggravated because they changed it AGAIN to only being open to 11pm on Wednesday and Friday. So I said I’m pulling her, don’t worry about it. I pick my baby up at the end of the day and she hands me my baby belongings as if she’s kicking her out. I never said I was pulling her immediately so I was confused why she was packed up?! Ghetto business and owner. Nobody’s never upfront. I watch my baby walk down the hall to her class because nobody comes to get her or greet her. My baby came home saying some kid named Tobias hit my baby on the butt and I called and they claim they were unaware. Caregivers harass you if you 3 mins late picking up your kid. I definitely cussed the owner out on today and she will never be back! However, thank you Erica and Alicia for always being so nice and way more professional than the others! So if you’re looking for a place that has steady consistent hours and can speak your mind without being told you have an “attitude”… this is NOT the best pick! I have been wanting to pull my baby from here but she loves her friends and it’s hard to find a daycare I trust with locked doors. But as easy as someone can come in (even my friends who’ve picked her up a few times said this!), I may as well send her to a home daycare! Some people just ain’t business folks. Not to mention the “dismissal letter” where she LIED on my child saying the reason she’s being dismissed is because her behavior when it’s really because I told her like it was! Now that is different to speak negatively on my child. So unprofessional! I can’t even express how annoyed I’ve become with this place and the owner at this point. You can say anything about me but to speak on a child is plain weird! I was never bringing her back anyways after today and the letter was really unnecessary and a waste of time. First daycare experience and the worst. The end.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Unprofessional people who have left my kid at school, gotten upset when they went out to the school and my daughter had a half day (and claim it was my fault, you think if they offer transportation they would have a schedule for the school.) And have openly asked when I was pulling my kids out cause they have others they are trying to get in! Like why would you say that to someone who is paying you to watch their kids? Truly a piece of work. 100,000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Terribly ran!!!

i just want to thank the daycare and especially the Irvins mostly Yolanda for always going the extra mile to keep me and my daughter productively together. I was always told it takes a village to raise a kid, well the daycare has been my village and without them I don't know where me and my daughter would be. Thank you kingdom of care daycare for being the best and helping me be the best.

My neice really appreciates Kingdom of Care. She speaks well of their treatment of her daughter. The hours of operation are especially helpful to her.
