She's great with the kids but she over charges on late fees. Agrees to work with you on money you owe then waits till you go to drop your kids off and says you have to have this amount or they can't go after she agrees to something the week before. No one calls to tell you anything. Your kids get hurt they dont tell you till you pick them up. For 1 and a half hours late due to car problems she charged $564.oo. How is this legal.
