Little Steps Youth Learning Center

Do NOT send your kids here!! The teachers are NOT watching the kids at all. My child's hair was pulled out down to the scalp by another kid and no one wants to answer any questions. This is the 2nd time that something has happened at this center. This is final straw. How are they allowing these things to happen to our kids? Victor did not want to answer any questions and the teacher Cynthia, I just don't know what she was doing. They waited to inform me when I was picking my child up and the end of the day instead of calling when the incident happened. Tread lightly when picking this center. I'm only picking one star because I had to in order to submit my review, otherwise zero stars.

I went for a tour and I left wondering why anyone would want to leave their child there. First off the parking lot is full of weeds, there was still a snow shovel and salt by the front door (It’s August). The owner was very off-putting, he didn’t even remember making an appointment with me, or tell me anything about the business, he just showed me the room my child would be in (no one was wearing a mask) and the bathrooms. He couldn’t even unlock the door to the outdoor space or he didn’t want to show it me. So I was left questioning do those kids even get to go outside? It was just weird. I would look elsewhere if I were you.

LOVE this daycare. They treat my son with so much patience and kindness. I looked at many day cares and this one is both affordable and safe for your child. ALL of the employees are nice. Everyday i drop him off he runs off to play, Everyday i pick him up he's had a full day and has a smile on his face. He loves them. Little Steps is the best choice for my child.

Absolutely love this daycare. They are so caring for my daughter. The place is always smelling good and has good appearance. I really like there system very easy to use and always receiving pictures of my daughter. Totally would recommend

Love this daycare:) They treated my daughter like family <3 Very loving and caring. My daughter had a difficult time speaking and was very shy when she was enrolled but by the end (year and a half) she blossomed into a social butterfly. She learned her numbers and shapes many other things that prepared her for preschool.
