BEWARE!!!! We did not have a good experience at this daycare with our 22 month old child. They do not handle security well, not following their own protocol for check out and verifying identification (first time i ever picked her up or went there, so they did not know me) and they tend to place blame back on the family with gaslighting whenever there's an issue brought up. When we tried to work with them on pick up times, fully willing to pay the overage rate on days that we could not get out of work early enough to pick up at 8 hours, I was asked to provide my entire work meeting schedule every week (which i would not do and is proprietary information). I'm willing to give a general understanding of my work schedule, but the level of detail they were asking for was inappropriate. The MAJOR issue was dietary restrictions/ lactose intolerance.... for the first 2 or 3 weeks they did not give her milk or dairy as we had requested, then all of a sudden they just forgot she was not able to have that stuff and started giving her milk and cheese daily. Then they LIED about it when it was brought to their attention while we have the app photos showing her eating those items and it being recorded in their own app on what they were giving her. They claim we just don't see with our eyes, I guess, and that our child just doesn't feel ill in the night because of her intolerance issues being caused by what they fed her against our instructions. Not to mention the fraud of having payments sent to their the owners venmo that did not align with the charges that should've been charged after DHS state payments. I will also add that i regularly saw their small cement outdoor area that opens to the parking lot/alley with the gate open. While there is an interior door that i ASSUME is locked at all times, it's still not very comforting to see and I believe that is a violation anyway. They did recently expand the outdoor area, complete with folded up fake grass that kids can trip on to skid across the asphalt. Don't go here unless you're willing to get ripped off and take a risk on your kid's care.
Brittany FullerAug 16, 2026After just under a month I had to remove my daughter from daycare here. Multiple times it was stated she is lactose intolerant, they fed her dairy products over and over again. The director seems to lack any form of accountability since she constantly reflects the blame back to me saying I didn't provide the allergist note.... you mean the one you asked for on the last day? Thats your establishment, with your workers, that get paid to take care of children that you are given instructions on and ask for the instructions. State also informed me I was overpaying for my daughter's daycare. Her tuition was 900 for 2 weeks, state says they pay them 787.50, no clue how that adds up to 273 extra every 2 weeks but since we can't do simple math and like to lie then they dont deserve the money, or my time. She decided to call and say tuition goes up in august. THEN WHY WAS I CHARGED 1000 FOR JULY CATHY, PLEASE STOP LYING TO PEOPLE ITS NASTY AS THE DIRECTOR. Also have to mention they failed multiple state inspections, you should look them up. One was because the grandson was sleeping in the main office, which is not daycare standards, next was employees were not washing hands while taking care of kids 🤮, and lastly the changing pads they were using for kids were too soaked with piss for them to pass. Enjoy the audit from the state. If you dont like bad reviews you should treat the children the way the parents ask you to, its literally your job, the fact that you argued with me about my child's allergies and then try to back up why yall gave her dairy is insane to me, place needs to be shutdown because that is not a good daycare setting. Remember, they dont serve hamburger helper they just list it in their app.
Darien RichAug 13, 2026This review could not possibly cover the amount of gratitude and love I have for MAG. My children have been attending since MAG was just opening. The amount of care and attention to the children is something you don’t often see in daycares/preschools. My children have THRIVED under their care - from emotional development to manners, reading and phonics. Each child is treated as an individual, not a number. Finding MAG has been a blessing to my family and I’d recommend them for childcare any time. My children will be back each summer for their camp sessions to work with the staff in continuing their learning and spending time with many of the children they’ve befriended over the years. THANK YOU Miss Cathy and Miss Terri! -Claudia
C. C.Apr 27, 2026My grandson has been attending this daycare for 2 years and I am very pleased with the services. The staff is wonderful . The atmosphere is very child friendly... love It...
Deidra GeeterApr 6, 2026This school is wonderful! My daughter loves attending class. They have so many toys, and activities. Terri, Cathy, Lucy and all the staff are excellent. They are very attentive to each child, and class sizes are the perfect size for this. They give class work and practice addition, spelling, Writing, reading, and number identification with kids. They offer summer camp as well, and extended drop off and pick up times as needed. They provide healthy meals, and snacks, and have donation boxes. The kids get to celebrate holidays with little class parties, and every month includes an educational theme. The Staff also communicate promptly and make each parent and child feel valued which goes above and beyond expectations. I am so glad we chose this school, and feel very blessed that openings were available here. Caring for kids isn’t an easy job, and they do a great job. My only issues are with the check in/ check out app.
MarieClaireLucaMusicApr 5, 2026Friendly and kind staff. Owners are great and really care about the well being and development of your child both while at school and outside of school. My daughter loves all her friends and teachers.
