Enriching, inviting, and safe-our toddler loved his camp experience at Magic of Play. He looked forward to every day he attended. Some of his favorite activities were exploring in the woods, riding bikes, and painting. It was a great opportunity for him to grow and make safe choices in what he wanted to explore/play with each day. 10/10!

My child participated in the summer camp, and the teachers were so warm and caring. My child truly enjoyed the experience, especially the variety of activities, time spent enjoying nature, playing with the stuffed animals, and painting. We’re so grateful to Magic of Play for giving my child such a wonderful and memorable summer!

Magic of Play is something special and much needed in our East Lansing community. My special needs daughter has attended this year in the preschool room, and I can't say enough good things about the speed and clarity of communication, kindness, and willingness to meet her where she is at. Other centers were rigid on their potty training requirements, but not Magic of Play. They know that all kids are different and embrace it. The director, Michelle, greets us every morning at drop off and every afternoon at pickup, always available for a chat. She is so present in the program and you can tell how deeply she cares about it. My daughter is always so happy at pick up and I get many updates throughout the day on what she is doing with pictures on their app. As a former early childhood educator, quality is so important. Magic of Play has it all- bright natural space to play, safe exterior grounds to explore, and a friendly engaged staff. Lastly- they offer part time options and are so flexible. I highly recommend Magic of Play to anyone looking for a preschool in the East Lansing area.

My child is thriving in this program! The educators are gentle, qualified, and professional. The facility is beautiful. He consistently tells me he loves school, asks to see his teachers and friends, and clearly feels safe and peaceful in his class. The flexibility and affordability also make this school a treasure!

Our son has been loving Magic of Play! He wakes up every day asking if it’s a school day and each night shares that school was his “happy” part of his day. He looks forward to seeing his teachers and his friends. As an early childhood educator, I am thrilled that daily activities are engaging, child-led and developmentally appropriate. The facility is beautiful and communication is so quick and reliable. Plus we LOVE that he gets to spend lots of time outside learning in nature. Highly, highly recommend!
