I highly recommend MCCA to other families for so many reasons. The center communicates wonderfully with parents, and Ms. Melinda was amazing! She would send me pictures of my son (Joshua) throughout the day, which gave me such peace of mind. The environment was loving, and I always felt confident that my children were well cared for. My daughter (Kamiya) who was 2 at the time, learned so much at MCCA! From the days of the week to the months of the year and she loved sharing everything she learned with me. I was truly impressed by how much she grew while there. I only left MCCA because we were on the waitlist at Marygrove, but I genuinely miss it and appreciate all the love, care, and support they showed my children. The staff always worked with me no matter the situation, and I’ll always be grateful for the peace of mind they provided our family.
Kayla RichardsNov 13, 2025I love Major Child Care Academy!!! When I drop my baby (Imani)off it feels like I am dropping her off to family. They are so welcoming and they actually teach the kids. They send a lot of pictures so you can see how the day is going (I love the pictures btw). She is always coming home singing new songs and talking about her teachers. The hours are perfect and I couldn’t see my baby going anywhere else for care. Thank you all for truly loving and caring for our babies.

Alleah GloverJul 2, 2025I genuinely love MCCA! They were recommended when I relocated to Michigan last year and they have treated me like family every step of the way. My toddler is coming home daily repeating things he’s learned and my school age child loves going to the center for aftercare and school breaks. They are very accommodating, the center is always clean and the kids are always happy. I enjoy the daily updates and photos they send on the app and it seems like they are steadily improving their operations for safety, comfort and efficiency. Shoutout to all the lovely staff Ms Hazel, Ms, Tonya, Ms Tracy, & Ms June are all amazing.!!

I never had to worry if my child was being properly taken care of and protected while attending Major Child Care. Not only was she protected and taken care of, but she left MAJORLY prepared for Kindergarten. She didn’t have any issues transitioning to Kindergarten with all that the staff instilled in her. I recommend MCCA to everyone! The staff is top tier, the owner is amazing and so easy to communicate with, and the curriculum will impress you on a daily!!! I can’t wait to take my daughter back this summer. We love MCCA!
