  • I have had a wonderful experience with Milestones. The staff is incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, creating a warm and nurturing environment. Their dedication to the children's well-being and development truly stands out. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a supportive and caring place for their child.

  • Milestones has consistently been an amazing place for our kids! There are definitely dedicated and inspiring teachers here. At no time do I ever feel my kids are unsafe, or that the staff doesn't have my children's best interest in mind. I fully understand that there might be individual issues with a daycare/preschool, but as a whole Milestones has proven to be exactly where my kids should be, and many other parents that I've spoken with will back this up. Keep up the great work, Milestones!

  • Nice until they're not. We ended up in a class where it seemed the teacher didn't want to be there. I will never understand why people take jobs with kids if they don't have the patience for it. They treated my kid like there was something wrong with them for not napping as much as the other kids. It was constant complaints and sending them home. I had to leave work constantly. I tried to work with them and I even made big donations on the holidays. Nothing seemed to matter. They just want these kids to nap all day. They treated us poorly and we decided to leave because of their unprofessional behavior.

  • We have been to 3 different daycares, and this was without a doubt the best one. The Directors, Danielle and Tiffany are so pleasant and welcoming. My children absolutely adore their teachers who treat them with so much love and respect. I love the way an individual code is needed to get into the building and the directors lay eyes on every single person that walks through the door. Thank you Milestones Belmont for taking care of my babies, we have been so thankful for you!

  • Disappointed by unrealistic expectations and lack of support We had a good experience at first. The daycare seemed welcoming, with fun activities and a positive environment. My child enjoyed being there, and I felt confident he was in good hands. Things changed when he turned 2 and moved to a new class with a different teacher. Around that time, he stopped wanting to nap, which is normal for kids his age. They said they could keep him quiet for about an hour, but after that, he’d get noisy and restless. Instead of finding a real solution, they expected him to stay quiet for 2 to 4 hours, which just isn’t realistic for a toddler. I did everything they asked and made compromises, but their “solution” ended up being that I, a single parent who needs to work, should keep coming to pick him up earlier and earlier, until they were asking me to pick him up at 1 pm. When I told them I couldn’t afford to do that, they immediately sent him home “sick” after responding to my email. This was only one of many times he came home with no real illness. At that point, I felt we were unwelcome, so we decided to leave for good. Ultimately, it felt like they were unwilling to help and instead pushed us out. This was a very frustrating and unfair experience. At the very least, both of us have experienced a significant reduction in stress since leaving this daycare.
