Montessori Academy of Farmington Hills

My granddaughter, now 5, attends Montessori of Farmington Hills. And let me tell you, she has excelled at reading and math. She loves reading and writing. She is also very independent since attending Montessori. One of my daughters attended Montessori many years ago and I can see the similarities in their growth. I wish she could experience all schools years through the Monetessir education. The owner of the school is very dedicated to the students in her program. She’s tough and I absolutely appreciate it. She means business when it comes to their education. And I’m so happy my granddaughter gets to experience it.

My daughter has been attending this Montessori since she was just 10 months old, and our experience has been absolutely wonderful. We are so happy with the care, education, and overall environment that we have now decided to enroll our son as well. A special thanks to Miss Suman, who has done an exceptional job implementing the Montessori philosophy at such an early age. Her dedication, patience, and passion for teaching truly stand out. All the teachers are incredibly caring, supportive, and genuinely focused on both academics and the overall development of each child. It amazes us to see how much our daughter has learned at just three years old — from numbers and songs to different languages and social skills. The growth in her confidence, communication, and curiosity has been remarkable. We are extremely grateful to the entire team and highly recommend this Montessori to any parent looking for a nurturing, educational, and inspiring environment for their children.

I toured several Montessori schools and daycares for my two year-old to attend. Montessori Academy of Farmington won both my Husband and I over. My son has learned so much since attending, his teacher Qamar ABBASI is so professional, passionate, patient and a great communicator. All the staff are so amazing. I’m very happy knowing that my son is in great hands and learning in a safe environment. I highly recommend this school.

Our daughter attended Montessori Academy of Farmington Hills from the infant room all the way through kindergarten, and the experience was truly outstanding. Every teacher she had poured into her with care, patience, and dedication, and the academic and social foundation they built is something we will always be grateful for. Our daughter graduated out in August 2025, and we already miss being part of this wonderful community. Because of the strong start she received here, she is confident, well-prepared, and absolutely thriving. Ms. Suman, the Director, leads with such warmth and excellence—her leadership sets the tone for the entire school. I always felt supported and heard as a parent. We can’t recommend Montessori Academy enough to families who want their children to be nurtured and challenged in the best way possible.

We had a wonderful experience with our daughter’s time at MAoFH. She thrived here, showing amazing growth both socially and physically. One of the things we truly appreciated were the extended hours, which gave us peace of mind knowing she was well cared for while we managed our work schedules. Ms. Suman and the entire staff were always so flexible, welcoming, and supportive. They took our concerns seriously and worked closely with us to help our daughter through important milestones. This was especially clear during her potty training journey and again when she transitioned into her new class, where they encouraged her independence with patience and care. We are so grateful for the nurturing environment and dedicated staff that made such a positive impact on our daughter’s early development when she was there. Highly recommend
