When the center on Southfield closed down I should have just found my baby a new daycare … especially since they moved kids to this center on 6mile and Schafer…. The staff here is very rude and not caring at all..if I’m a parent that’s concerned about her child that was crying from coming out the back… keep in mind I have never had a tour of this place, none of the staff including the director never introduced they self at all .. I would have thought they would but no … all the director cared about was making sure my child was enrolled …. Never said hi or even said her name… just asked who was my child and did I come from the Southfield location…. But yet I have called several times about what happened to my child and still no answers I have called serval times and still no response on what happened to her.. the staff that I asked what happened she said I had to speak with her teacher she said the teacher was busy… so I asked for her name and she waved her hand in my face and said girl bye and closed the door in my face like my concern for my child didn’t matter still waited in the lobby. I waited for about 15-20 mins because the director said that they had to check off the food order that they had got … the director and the whole staff came to the door but everyone was busy… the lady that was being rude came too and was trying to attack me while the director got mad and said i was disrespectful too her cause i told her dont touch me because she was holding my arms while she was trying to come towards me… i called the next day the director still did not have any answers for me then told me i had to apologize … but what do i need to apologize to anyone when something happened to my child and no one has answers … do i have to call around to get this center investigated … because its been about two weeks and no one is telling me anything about what happened to my child…i asked to talk to the ceo still haven’t heard anything from them. This matter has not been taken seriously so now imma have to call the state because nothing and I mean absolutely nothing has been done … I haven’t heard from anyone in weeks … I wish I could give no stars cause that’s what they actually deserve

Maria BradleyMay 7, 2025The administrator has no people skills , very rude and impatient .. as soon as I walked into the building I felt a bad vibe ... I was supposed to meet with someone to enroll my children ... No one assisted me at all , just left me standing & when I spoke up .. with a nasty tone the administrator responded ... I WALKED RIGHT OUT
J TeeMar 18, 2024This facility was a blessing when I found it and still is... they open earlier and stay open later than most child care facilities. They have a transportation contract with my son's school in which they pick the kids (who attend their facility) up from school and take them back to the facility for latchkey AND the driver is never late nor misses a day. Another huge plus is that their latchkey accommodation accepts children up to age 12! But wait! They have a summer program too! One stop meets all your needs. I have never had a problem with staff. My kids are always joyful when I pick them up which a good indicator that they have good days. I love this place and plan to keep my children enrolled as long as needed. They have been here a year since March 2023.
Kingdom KnowledgeFeb 26, 2024Very unprofessional over the phone. I didn't like the way the lady was speaking to the children there while I was talking to her on the phone. Y'all have to step your professionalism up at this facility!!!
