Shawna MessingJun 18, 2026This college is beyond unprofessional. I’ve been locked out of my account multiple times and IT averages about four weeks to contact you to fix the problem. The semester starts tomorrow and now I can’t get books, view my schedule, I don’t know when or where my class is. Literally no one answers the phone or checks emails except Kathleen (she’s great). I just transferred here and I am extremely disappointed so far. This college has been a terrible experience and no longer feeling confident that I chose the right school.
Ali KatJan 19, 2026Horrible experience. Go back 3 years, I try to attain a business degree, they send me my class materials a week into the class. I can’t manage to get caught up and drop the class. Fast forward, I’m interested in pursuing HVAC. I apply. Denied because I owe them $1,200. $1,200 for a class I couldn’t complete due to their inability to get materials to me in time? No thank you. Never recommending this place! 0 stars.
Jordan ShiflettSep 25, 2025This will be my first semester at North Central. All of the staff that I have encountered each time I visit are welcoming, helpful and supportive. The student employees have been just as helpful and welcoming. So far my experience has been more than expectations
