If you’re looking for community, wellness, and value all in one place, Northwest Activities Center is definitely the place to be! For only $25 a year, you get access to a pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and a variety of classes and so much more, which is honestly phenomenal and far more affordable than most gym memberships. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes the experience even better. My salon and home are both less than a mile away, so the convenience is a huge bonus for me. I’ll definitely be a lifelong member!

Tawana HumesApr 20, 2026Review for the Northwest Activities Center: The facility itself is actually nice and clean, and you can tell effort is put into maintaining the space. That part I definitely appreciate. However, the overall experience is brought down by the customer service. The staff didn’t seem very engaged or welcoming — not even a simple “good morning” when walking in. It gave off a very unmotivated and inattentive vibe, which makes a big difference when you’re visiting a community center. The location also isn’t the best, and unfortunately that impacts the overall feel of the place. With better-trained, more customer-focused employees, this place could be a lot better because the building itself has potential. Right now, it just feels like a missed opportunity.

They happened to also have a working relationship with my place of employment. However, they weren't biased. I'll plan to return for any and all services they provide.
