Very supportive. If you feel discouraged or distant from a therapist, they will help you find another that's a better fit. They provide drug tests for court. They have many more programs that may assist you in time of need. Thank you. They have helped multiple women in our organization.

I've had a truly wonderful experience with Oakland Family Services. From the very first time I reached out the staff has been compassionate professional and genuinely dedicated to making me feel supported. Over time I've worked with a few different therapists due to insurance changes but each one has taken the time to listen and create a safe non judgmental space where I can speak openly and honestly. Every session feels intentional and focused on meaningful progress not just conversation. The holistic approach presented has helped me develop effective coping skills build confidence and find a greater sense of balance in my daily life. I've had very little difficulty being connected with a person who prescribes the medication as well as having monthly checkups to talk about whether the medication is working for me or not. Communication is always clear and scheduling appointments is easy and flexible. I've consistently felt valued and cared for as a person not just a client. The positive impact Oakland Family Services has had on my mental and emotional well-being is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency to anyone seeking compassionate and effective mental health support.

Absolutely horrible absolutely horrible. My daughter has been through five therapist and we cannot have one that is consistent. It’s kind of funny. Everyone is either on sickleave or they attend a couple sessions and then they are on vacation and my daughter is left hanging and this is terrible absolutely terrible. Who is somebody who is seeking mental health services for a child no less Absolutely unbelievable I have reached out to the supervisor and I received nothing.

They are just plain terrible . I’m not going into detail because my family situation is very personal . But what I can say this place is a complete scam . They take kids and try everything for you to not get your own kids back for them checks . I would NOT recommend this place for any situation what’s so ever . God will handle them , they will get their karma for the things they have done to people especially the women who are fighting for dear life to get they kids back!! When my family situation is over we will be 1000% suing the agency. Just wanted to share a little bit of my experience and what I have seen with my own 2 eyeballs . Have a blessed day !!!

I went to this facility a week ago, with a broken hand, had X-rays taken. I did not receive a call back for 3 days. After that they told me I had to request my results, then called back the next two days, just for them to tell me they lost my record. I went to a REAL DOCTOR today and found out I need a cast and possible surgery! I work with my hands, I have already lost two weeks of pay due to the incompetent workers at this facility. They should be embarrassed and have her license taken away. Not to mention when I was there I sat and waited forty-five minutes for a 5-minute appointment! this place is a sick joke! If you have an emergency or any sickness go somewhere professional where they care about their patient!
