I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received when I contacted this daycare today. As a parent looking for a safe and trustworthy place for my child, the first impression matters. During my phone call, I was transferred to multiple different people, and no one was willing to provide their name or take ownership of my questions. I was hung up on several times, which I found to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. I was simply trying to gather information about your services, and I expected basic courtesy and communication. A daycare should be a place where parents feel comfortable and confident leaving their children. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff over the phone left me feeling the complete opposite. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way potential families are being treated. Called today at 12:37 Spoke with 3 different people.
AlyssaJul 22, 2026I love our kids learning center , sorry to the others who had bad experience with them , I see most of yall comment are from 6 years ago however me and my child is a year in with them and we are so.greatful to have the our kids learning center staffs in our live . They are so helpful and kind and they update you on your child about everything which shows that they are paying attention to the children and there want and needs . I lost my job due to the incompetence of the workers. calling me several times throughout the month to pick him up and nothing was wrong. no remorse over me losing my job and i was a cash paying customer. Not happy with this place i would not recommend it
