Our child began thriving - both socially, emotionally and academically- once he began going there. Mr. Dan, with his warm and engaging presence, leads with a heart-centered approach that makes every child feel seen and supported. The preschool's philosophy is rooted in exploration and discovery—whether it’s biking around the backyard, visiting the library, or dipping toes in the lake, every day feels like an adventure. Children thrive in the thoughtfully designed outdoor space, which includes authentic, hand-built gardens, climbing structures, and even chickens to care for. Pathways beautifully blends early childhood education with the rhythms of the natural world, making it a place where learning comes to life. The summer camp is wonderful- filled with lots of outdoor play and exploration with water features!

We toured a few facilities in Traverse City, but chose Pathways Preschool because both Dan and Brittni made us feel confident that they would take great care of our son. We've been very pleased with Pathways, as our son is excited to attend preschool each day and they have been a huge help with potty training. My wife and I highly recommend this daycare/preschool for families in Traverse City.
