Phoenix Early Learning, Dettman

Choosing childcare is one of the hardest decisions as a parent, so finding a place where I feel comfortable leaving my daughter has meant a lot to me. Overall, we’ve had a positive experience with Phoenix Dettman. The staff has always been welcoming, caring, and patient, and I appreciate the effort they put into creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children. Since attending, I’ve noticed my daughter becoming more social, independent, and comfortable around others. It’s reassuring seeing her build relationships with both the staff and other children, and I can tell she feels familiar and secure in the environment. Like any daycare center, there have been occasional communication hiccups or busy days where things may not always run perfectly, but I think that’s common in childcare settings. What I appreciate is that the staff has always been respectful and willing to address concerns when needed. I know working in childcare is not an easy job, and I’m grateful for the care, patience, and support the staff has shown our family. Overall, our experience has been a good one, and I appreciate everything the team does for the kids each day.

I enrolled my first son in Phoenix, Early Learning when he was 13 months old And my second son when he was six weeks. I interviewed approximately 7 child care programs. The process of elimination began with the first phone call. Not only was the first phone call to Phoenix pleasant and inviting, but once I entered the building I noticed all of the teachers greeting each child in the hallway by name, with attention given to each child. The Assistant Director Andrea, which is absolutely amazing answered all of my many questions and once we did drop him off the first day, she was there assuring us that our baby would be OK and that we could call her anytime to see how he was doing. And, she meant it. Anytime I called, she would she would answer and answer any questions and concern (Weren’t very many) that extra bit of information gave it that special touch. She takes that extra step Every time Let’s not talk about the staff When I say PHENOMENAL I MEAN, PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Words cannot express the thanks that my family has for each and every Phoenix early childhood teacher and staff person that has been a part of our family for almost 3 years. The Love and support that my children get from this staff is absolutely amazing and I appreciate Every one of this staff is absolutely As a parent, I entrust my greatest blessing to the staff at Phoenix every day, and I am grateful for the loving care and guidance he receives. The teachers and director look at each child as an individual, with their own strengths and needs. My son’s has been blessed with awesome teachers who understand his challenges, and handle him with grace. My child has learned so much and continues to share with me the great activities that go on each day at "school!" Thank you to the Phoenix, Early Learning borganization for an incredible early childhood curriculum that engages and teaches at all steps of the day, and a special thanks to Andrea and her staff; they continue to do amazing works of "heart" with all children. - Pricilla .

My infant daughter went here from 6 weeks old to 9 months we never had any issues. All her daycare teachers were caring and she loved them. We only left because it was too far away from our home.
