  • Big Premier Academy fan here! We moved from Connecticut last year and I was desperate to find the right experience for my, then, 2 year old. Premier is super clean, the staff is diverse, educated and consistent! The directors are present and I can tell they run a tight ship but with care and respect for their staff. My little was barely talking when we started, now (at almost three), she’s telling me about her day, her teachers, and her friends. I could not be happier. We drive almost 30min each way to attend. Once out of toddler2, they offer both Montessori and Traditional paths. We chose traditional as we felt our little needed that structure. It’s not the cheapest. But the quality of experience has been great! They use the Procare app, logging updates throughout the day. I wish they had an indoor play gym space for the littles for those extreme hot and cold days. Who knows, maybe they’ll grow such that that will be possible. Everyone’s standards are different for their children. We love Premier Northville. I’m glad we gave them a chance.

  • Absolutely horrible experience. Met the Director and 2 weeks later she quit. They got a new teacher and she quit, they made us pay to hold our spot when we took a vacation even though the class wasn’t at capacity & when we returned, the new teacher that had just started before our trip had quit and they didn’t even tell us… we had to hear it from our 3 year old. This place was absolutely horrific. Bad communication and poor management. I recommend Old Village School or literally anywhere else.

  • I enrolled my son at Premier during the last stages of covid. We have seen the school grow from its early days over the last 4 years. All the lead teachers have been wonderful. Commited, professional and the right temperment for managing lots of little humans. The leadership has been the same; both directors are excellent and are a great asset to the organization. They have been incredibly accommodating over the years which has been a real support to our whole family. The para/support team have always been really great as well. I would not hesitate with sending any of my family here. I would recommend having a good understanding of the attendance policy when enrolling and use daily immune supplements for your household. It is a super clean school but there are a lot of little ones in the building.

  • We had such a wonderful experience at Premier Academy! The teachers were truly fantastic—so caring, attentive, and amazing at developing children’s skills and confidence. The whole staff was kind and supportive, and the school itself was always clean and welcoming. We especially loved the Montessori program, which really encouraged independence and a love for learning. Everyone made us feel at home, and we will truly miss being part of this school community!

  • I can’t say enough great things about Premier Academy Northville! We currently have our two-year-old and four-month-old enrolled, and they are truly thriving. After having very negative experiences with other daycares in the past — especially with our oldest, who has ASD — we were understandably hesitant about trying again. However, after speaking with the directors at Premier, we were immediately put at ease. They were incredibly transparent and empathetic when we discussed our oldest’s challenges. While it was determined he wasn’t the best fit for their program, they still went above and beyond to support us, offering thoughtful guidance and alternative care suggestions. As for our younger two children, we couldn’t be happier. They absolutely love going to school and are all smiles from drop-off through the end of their day. The environment at Premier is warm, welcoming, and always clean. The staff — from the lead teachers to the support team — are kind, caring, and deeply invested in the children. It’s clear they truly enjoy being there and building relationships with the kids. We’ve also appreciated how inclusive they are with our oldest, who occasionally joins us for pick-ups or drop-offs. He is always treated with kindness and respect. The teachers at Premier make learning fun and engaging, and we’ve been amazed at the developmental progress our two-year-old has made — he’s already surpassing milestones thanks to their nurturing and educational approach. The directors are extremely communicative, always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and they handle any issues with professionalism and care. Premier Academy has been a blessing for our family, and we’re so grateful to have found them. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality childcare!

  • We started at Premier Academy when my daughter Alexis was 4.5 months old in April 2024. I work full time and so does my husband. We needed a place we could feel good about leaving our daughter there while mommy and daddy work. We have been beyond pleased. They go above and beyond daily for our daughter and all the kids there. They are caring, kind, update the app often, and my Lexi has grown so much there since April. She truly enjoys going there daily, and we enjoy all she is learning. Her infant and mobile teachers have been exceptional. Extra bonus: in the mornings they have yummy, fresh coffee. We all know us parents need it:) If need a daycare like we did, for sure check this place out. It is fantastic!
