Quality Child Care And Learning Center I

First of all when you start you don’t even get a tour then after you start you are not even allowed inside the building neverrrrr. You wait outside for everything drop off and pick up you are not allowed in, what if I just wanted to see how my child interacts with other kids?They have an app but the app is literally pointless, they don’t update you on your child no pictures no nothing. I put clean socks on my son almost everyday if they tell me they take his shoes off everyday then why do he come home with the sock on looking the same way if he is on the floor all day why is his sock not even a little bit dirty? Overall I think they don’t do their job and they are just money hungry I didn’t like this place!

While I was searching for a daycare this place stood out to me because they answered the phone very promptly and sounded very professional. Everywhere else I was calling either didn't answer or when they did answer everything just seemed messy and off to me. When I came in the place looked very clean and the lady who helped me was on top of things. I can't remember names because he was only there for a month until he started going to a learning center to help with schooling. But while he was there I had no issues whatsoever they are about their business for sure. Overall I am very pleased with my experience here and highly recommend to anyone looking for care for their child(ren).

Terrible

Please don’t patronize this daycare !We trusted our child with them and was told before enrollment they would work our schedule i have to be to work @7am the daycare director said not a problem because the hours of operation is 7am-6pm Due to issues with our car Micah was unable to go to daycare for a week explained to the daycare director she’ll be out untill our van was back running called daily to inform them of our situation and just to touch bases and let her know micah was still coming . On 5/20/19 at 7am Micah’s dad went to drop her off and no one was there , so i left a voicemail asking someone to call me . Nobody got there untill 7:30am i received a call @8:30am stating due to Micah’s inconsistencies of attendance she could no longer attend and they wouldn’t accommodate us and open up at 7am . Conversation got heated because i felt totally blind sided and confused i just spoke with Ms. Mickey our hardship she then said it wasn’t benefiting her to keep opening up early for us. She then said since i was upset (crying ) call her at noon to talk further about a decision. I called her back and she started the conversation off with i have u on speaker and I’m recording this one of my parents is standing in as a witness i told her i didn’t feel comfortable with that at and how that’s against the law to disclose my personal information with someone else she then yelled “we don’t wanna talk about law we lawyers over here so u know what I’m done and this isn’t gonna work “. So i asked what does that mean ? Do i come pick my child up ?? And she said I’m done with it . So to me that’s come get your child . When i arrived all the other children are in their respectable places while my child is sitting at the front door bags packed . Then she switch it to i didn’t release your daughter.. then why was my child at the door with her bags packed!? Asked for the owners phone number she refused to give it to me and said she’ll have him contact me only gave me a first name. If the owner sees this before i contact BBB and report them please reach out to me regarding your staff !

The staff are terrible they don't pay any attention to the kids. They pick and choose what kids they like. They never told me one time that my daughter was doing good she never had homework but once and she basically went there to play. I was told my daughter would be "redirected" because she refused to switch to the next task they had for the kids. My daughter came home and told me that they talked to them any kind of way. My daughter is four and speaks very fluently alot more understanding than an average 4 year old. They have young girls in there that are more interested in trying to be sassy than helping the adults and older women who should be at home on the couch resting than dealing with young children they can't tame. Waste of time.
