Rainbow Village Childcare

Words can not describe how I feel about this place. It has taken me a while to write this because one thing I really hate to do is to leave a bad review about a business of color I would rather not say nothing, but what I will say is I only sent my child here two or three days. I love my child so much I thought he deserved better. Yes the center reported bad behavior those days but I have never received those kinds of reports prior to enrollment and still have not. I know the boy is not perfect and I understand it takes a village, but I caught on this would not be my village. I truly believe the center means well but the environment is toxic and their communication is trash 🚮 . Keep in mind my nephew went there for like two years and I have done a lot of pick ups, so my statement did not come from my experience with my own child (cause I knew better like I said it took me a few days to realize oh hell no. I do not play about my child) it comes from interactions over a few years with my nephew. They tried to slander me but I am very comfortable in my skin and as a PARENT.

I am extremely pleased with the care and love that my grandson receives at his daycare. The employees and Director are truly nice, helpful and open to providing and receiving suggestions for the betterment of the children.

My son started at Rainbow Village in April of this year. When I first took my tour of the building with the Director I originally planned for him to start in the fall. As she watched my son interact with the other children and adjust well during our tour she asked the simple question "why not now"? I didn't have a real answer other than maybe it was my own fear and anxiety holding the both of us back. The Director was so nice and welcoming. Everyone we encountered felt like family and was a vast difference from other places that I have visited. Everyone treated my baby as if he was their own. This is definitely a family oriented environment that I am happy to say my baby enjoys. He talks about his teacher and the Director by name even when we are at home. I am glad she asked the question and I am blessed they have built a lasting relationship with my son and taught him so much in such a short time. Keep up the great work!

If I could give this place a zero star I would!! This place is horrible and very unprofessional. My daughter went here some years ago and I'm very surprised this place hasn't been shut down. The employees are lazy and like to sweep the tables are children eat off of with the same broom they use on their disgusting floors. How do I know this? My daughter was slapped by one of the employees and when I report the incident I was told by the director herself that my daughter is a child and sometimes kids make things up. When emailing the director back and fourth because she would never speak to me on the phone I was told maybe this isn't the right place for my daughter. So so decided to kick us out of the child care because I reported them. Turns out I went to the childcare and watched the so called cameras they have there which are never put where the kids are interacting with the employees and I seen the brooms being used to clean no only the floors but the tables too. I hope no ones child ever has to go through what my daughter did. She's now 11 years old and still remembers every detail about what happen to her.

Our granddaughter had the best four years here! She is beyond prepared for Kindegarten. The teachers are fantastic. she speaks of then ofter and loved her best friends at Rainbow Village. We never had to feel guilty or overwhelmed when we left her because she was running to her class and friends before we barely got in the door. NO time for sad goodbyes here! I would recommend a thousand times again.
