  • We absolutely love this daycare! Finding someone we trusted with our daughter was a huge deal for us, especially since she has ADHD and a speech delay. The staff has been amazing from the very beginning. They are patient, caring, and always make her feel included and supported. They take the time to understand her needs and work with her in ways that help her succeed, rather than expecting her to fit into a one-size-fits-all approach. We've seen so much growth in her confidence, communication, and social skills since she started here. She comes home happy, excited to talk about her day, and genuinely loves going to daycare every morning. Knowing that our daughter is cared for by people who truly love what they do gives us so much peace of mind. We are incredibly thankful for everything they've done for her and would recommend this daycare to any family looking for a place where their child will be loved, supported, and encouraged to be themselves.

  • I can see why the reviews are bad. They seem very disorganized and the door is just open for anybody off the street to just walk in and have easy access to the children. I went in to give the place a chance a week ago they told me they’d set up an interview and give me a tour of the place to see if I wanted my kids to go there. They told me that they would have somebody watch my kids during the process so I could have a chance to talk to the director myself. I show up at 4 PM today (June 3rd) a woman at the front desk tells me that my kids aren’t allowed to be there. And that they don’t have room for my kids all of a sudden! I wish they told me that a week ago before I wasted my time & gas to show up! I don’t think these people know what they’re doing!

  • This was our first experience at a daycare. It fit our budget, location and days we needed. My daughter definitely gained more social skills and independence going here, however, there are concerns you should be aware of if you are considering Rosebrook. First, I know that it is common for your child to bring home new germs and illnesses when first attending a daycare, but it seemed like we were all sick all of the time. I would ask about their cleaning policy. Second, they ask you to bring extra clothes, shoes, pull-ups/diapers, but out daughter came home on multiple occasions with a different diaper than we provided and smaller size. She even came home with random pants on that were 3x bigger than her own that were in her bag/cubby. I felt like I was wasting my time providing all the things they asked for when they hardly used our things. Third, I am aware that there is large turn-over at a daycare. Every day my daughter was there, she questioned who her teacher would be, or if her main teacher was even there that day. When she would come home, I would ask her who her teacher was and she wouldn't even know. Fourth, They say they use Procare to send updates, but we hardly got any. This is unacceptable. It is scary to go hours at a time not knowing if your child is okay or has eaten anything at all? I just want the next person to be aware of the above because I know if you are a good parent, you want the best for your child. I hate to say this, but I would look at other options.

  • I can’t say enough good things about this daycare! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the comforting smell of breakfast being made, which instantly makes it feel warm and welcoming. Safety is clearly a top priority here—I always feel confident knowing my children are in a secure and well-supervised environment. One of my favorite things is receiving pictures and updates throughout the day. It gives me peace of mind and lets me feel connected, even when I’m not there. The teachers are truly amazing—so loving, patient, and attentive with every child. You can tell they genuinely care and treat the kids like their own. The activities they plan are fun, engaging, and educational. My children are always excited to go and come home happy, having learned something new each day. It’s such a relief to know they’re not only being cared for, but also thriving. Highly recommend

  • This daycare is very scary. My grandson was at front door opening when they finally realized he was gone from classroom. He just turned 2 years old… also the daycare diagnosed my grandson with seizures and didn’t call an ambulance or his mother to let them know what happened in his classroom. I made a terrible joke in classroom and CPS was called on me…which I was never interviewed because they said the scratch was from a cat..they put your kids on cold ground against fence for timeout. Please be careful with this daycare.. my 3 yr old granddaughter was traumatized by this daycare.

  • My son has been going to this center (kimball) for 2 years now and has been in all but one classroom; we both have loved all of the staff and teachers in every room. They have a great curriculum that they use to teach the kids and are very active and engaging, and also as much outside time to play and explore as they can. You can tell when you walk in that every staff member loves the kids and the kids also love the staff. It’s a phenomenal center and I highly recommend it.
